I thought the staff was super nice, but the room was dirty. The bed and room were only serviced once in a 4-night stay. The bathroom floor was dirty. There was an elastic on the floor next to the toilet that never got picked up or cleaned in our entire stay. We had to go to the front desk to get someone to come out and empty the trash. We never put anything in the closet, but when I checked the room at departure, there was some paper and used tissue on the closet shelf, that was left from before our stay. I have never seen this from a Marriott Hotel! Our experience in the past has been very good, so we were shocked to see this at a Marriott Hotel. Also, the room attendant who emptied our trash late in the evening upon our request said she hadn't had a break all day, so I felt like it was understaffed.

Marriot is always the best place to stay near the St. Louis airport. Shuttle drivers are excellent. Safe for a woman traveling by herself.

The property is older, but with that comes some more unique designs, not like all other cookie cutter furniture and fixtures. The room was great and the bathroom had been recently redone. The shower was excellent! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Property was fabulous, Front desk customer service at 4:30 am horrible! Shame because we chose it first of all because it’s 3 minutes from the airport and secondly because it was Marriott! . The overnight staff needs retraining and if you rent out a room that holds 4 people you should at least have enough coffee in there for2!!! And your front desk customer service agent is ill mannered and rude. Refused to help in anyway.

I liked the convenience of the location, and expected the extra noise because of it. However, at the price point, I'd hope have a more reasonable breakfast included. Even if it was fresh fruit and some ceral/oatmeal.

Absolute worst experience for a Marriott property. Check in staff were disinterested, rude, and barely said 3 words to me. Rooms were filthy (see attached photographs) with holes in towels, scum everywhere, numerous non-functioning light switches, and a musty smell. I could not believe it!

On a business trip I asked for a room and told none available I stepped to the side and was easily able to book one of SEVERAL rooms available! Went back to the desk to be told I was not receiving the room I booked. Charged the same price along with an ADDITIONAL fee for incidentals. No room service. Safe broken. Had to carry my valuables on my person. The staff seemed uninterested at best. I travel weekly all around the USA …. will never recommend or return to this hotel.

We were greeted with rudeness, given a room at the farthest end of the hotel. We’re mid-seventies and tired from traveling. The room was very dusty and there was dirt and heavy dust underneath the mini fridge you could plainly see. The hotel restaurant service was good but our order was missing ingredients. I would not stay here again.

Didn't anticipate paying for parking since I had an overnight stay. So that was a surprise expense. But, when I returned from my vacation, my vehicle had a flat tire, your staff took care of that for me THANK YOU so much.
