Too many extra charges not revealed

$40 for parking was not revealed until after we had checked in and we're told that $40 a day would be required as a deposit also there's a charge for internet service that is not revealed until you get to your room overall extra charges need to be refilled and told beforehand and not after you have checked in

Location: Great location!
Staff was very nice and professional. Location was great and the gentleman driving the shuttle was outstanding.

Too nice of a hotel to stay just for one night

Pros: My room was located on the first floor, facing the parking lot. I could hear a lot of loud conversations of guest entering and leaving the property
Cons: Sound proof the first floor rooms especially if they are located near the parking lot or other public places at this property.
Location: I did not do much since I had an itinerary filled with things to do during my trip. I had a very nice meal at the hotel's restaurant.
I flew to St. Louis for just a 36 hours trip. I good an incredible value for this hotel through Expedia. What I did not expect was a very posh property. When I walked in the hotel's lobby, there is this inviting, spa-like scent that is so soothing and welcoming. The guest service personnel were very friendly. My room was very comfortable and the location was convenient. My stay was too short of a stay to experience all of the amenities. I hope to come back to St. Louis and this property will definitely be a must-stay for me.

Large, Busy Hotel w/Great Service & Facilities

Cons: The check-in counter is too close to the very busy restaurant...
Location: Airport, shopping, highways are easy to access...
Simply put, the stay at this hotel was a delightful experience during a trip filled with challenges. My husband and I, arriving at 10:00 PM with a toddler who had come down with the flu en route, walked into a bustling lobby (apparently wedding parties like to stay at this hotel) with a seemingly endless line to check in (there was a large group of airline employees ahead of us). It looked bleak. But then... A gentleman behind the desk singled us out and pulled us to the front - moment of delight #1. Once we got to our room, we ordered a TON of room service mere minutes before the kitchen was supposed to close, yet the lady on the other end of the line was humorous and very friendly as she took our order - moment of delight #2. Our order arrived VERY fast, hot, 100% accurate, and the lady who delivered it took the time to "give a tour" of our massive order - moment of delight #3. The people at this hotel turned a horrible day around for us. And for that, they get FIVE STARS.

Did not get what we reserved.

We reserved a room with 2 double beds. I did online check in, and called at 3:15 pm to make sure we had the correct reservation. Was told we did not. When I booked with Expedia I specified 2 double beds as we are a family of 5. Hotel said Expedia could not guarantee that reservation. Only a king bed. For 5 people?!?! One of my kids had to sleep on the floor. This is the second terrible experience we have had with a Marriot hotel. We will not be using Expedia or Marriot for future travel. If they cannot accommodate our needs simply because we have 3 kids that travel with us, we will use a different hotel.

Nice hotel. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Room could have been a bit larger. Was nice having a Starbucks in the lobby.

Nice hotel.

I was driving across the country. This hotel was perfect! The location was right by the highway and close to the airport. Staff was proactive and very friendly. After traveling all night it was wonderful. I have stayed at other hotels with high ratings in the area. This was the better experience.

Pros: Beautiful lobby and room
Cons: Bathroom needs an upgrade
Location: Close to airport
Hotel is very nice with clean well-appointed rooms. The staff was great and the shuttle to the airport timely. The only negative I would say was a tiny bathroom with a very tiny tub shower combo. The bathroom was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel
