Check-in went well and smooth, especially using the Hotels.com app. Once I got to the room, I was immediately disappointed. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The top latch on the door was broke, the bathroom door handle was broke, there was a piece of tile that was on the floor, the toilet seat had a burn hole on it, there was a office chair in the room that was completely filthy and torn up. The pillows were super flat, and the bedspread looked nothing like the advertisement. It was a very thin tan blanket, which had three huge burn holes in it. Later on that night when I went downstairs to wait on my food to be delivered, a customer had tried to explain to the receptionist that the soda machine had taken his money, but given him know items. Instead of trying the soda machine out for himself, the receptionist continued to tell the customer that there was nothing he could do about it because to his knowledge nothing was wrong with that machine.
