Walked inside the property and was immediately hit with the smell of marijuana. The motel room door barely was closed and someone could have easily got in my room. My room window was open . The room was not warm at all and I froze all night. People walking up and down the halls, the doors were opening and slamming shut. The bathtub was dirty and had a used straw in the tub. The walls were dirty and the floor was too. The linen had black stains on them and so did the towels and washcloths. The lighting inside the room was terrible. Has no place to sit except for the bed and a desk chair that was filthy nasty and dirty. I will not be returning .

The property is an old Baymont that is very run down. People staffing the property are minimal and do not speak english well. No breakfast, Old furniture, Rooms very basic and run down. You hear I-270 all night thru the windows. Smells loke Pot outside.

This place needs a lot of repairs and cleanliness. My sheets had holes cut out with scissors cant help but think they cut out stains and kept the sheets, i killed a few roaches in my rooms. Amd a bit more other things..

The room we stayed was quite spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. There were even 3 chairs. The clerk told us there would be a fridge and microwave in the room but we found only a fridge. Since we were staying only one night, we didn't bother to tell the clerk. The property is being renovated, according to the front desk. So we expected the messes in the hallway but didn't mind at all.

The hotel was basic. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room no coffee in the room the blankets were like tissue paper. It was not even a blanket it was like I don’t know what it was the bedroom uncomfortable the hotel, for the most part was OK. It was just a basic hotel for $87. It’s not worth it.

Apparent homeless druggies loitering in parking area, a crime which apparently victimized an elderly woman took place requiring three police cars to respond and police to patrol a first-floor hallway. Water leaked from the ceiling into my bathroom every time they flushed or showered upstairs. No clock in room.

Motel is older! Not to say it was not clean.... but the overall vibe was not a good presentation... broke fixtures, really bad remodeling attempts, etc.

This was a horrible stay. The room smelt bad, paint peeling off the wall in spots, people out front looked homeless. People backed into the parking spot in front of our window and would let their truck idle and exhaust came thru our ac vents and would run the truck all hours of the night after my husband complained and ask nicely to stop. Will never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is right off of 270, and its 10 minutes to the airport. Has an amazing Indian Restaurant on the premises and the staff is very friendly

Weekly rate hotel.
Smells like cat pee. Stains everywhere. Paper tissue all over room floor. Called management with no room change or even a housekeeper to fix the nasty room. Called the front desk and zero cares were given.

Woman at the desk for check in was rude. Ice machine had zero ice. None of the vending machines worked. Light bulbs were either out or very dim. Lots of dogs barking could be heard in the hallways. But the bed was comfortable and the shower seemed clean

For a very quick stay, i guess this place is ok. Wouldn’t recommend staying longer than a night. The toilet was running when we arrived in our room and my bf had to fix it. One of lamps didn’t work and another wasn’t plugged in. The mirror was covered in dust and our blanket had a stain. Paint was chipped and the banister was ripped. The lobby and hallway smelled of weed and dogs.

Should’ve been cheaper
Check-in went well and smooth, especially using the Hotels.com app. Once I got to the room, I was immediately disappointed. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The top latch on the door was broke, the bathroom door handle was broke, there was a piece of tile that was on the floor, the toilet seat had a burn hole on it, there was a office chair in the room that was completely filthy and torn up. The pillows were super flat, and the bedspread looked nothing like the advertisement. It was a very thin tan blanket, which had three huge burn holes in it. Later on that night when I went downstairs to wait on my food to be delivered, a customer had tried to explain to the receptionist that the soda machine had taken his money, but given him know items. Instead of trying the soda machine out for himself, the receptionist continued to tell the customer that there was nothing he could do about it because to his knowledge nothing was wrong with that machine. Super easy checkout process. $50 hotel, not $75

Not Safe, Not clean, Not good!
The customer service was fine the people were nice to me but everything else was terrible. The overall condition of the hotel was terrible. Very rundown. Looking at one point I thought I was going to be robbed in the parking lot I was sitting quietly in my car after returning to the hotel and a man approached my car then froze when he saw me inside, did about face and walked to the other end of the parking lot where he continue to observe other people coming and going. Very sketchy environment. I did not feel safe at all. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel but it would be an upgrade from homelessness.
