When I go to the hotel and checked in we went to our room and there was a man smoking weed at the top of the stairs. The wash rags that was displayed in the bathroom were dingy and almost gray in color. The water was barely warm and the beds were hard as rocks. There was supposed to be a breakfast there was non and the swimming pool was not usable. These are 2 things I always consider when getting a hotel room and they were a huge disappointment.

The hotel was nice but we picked it solely for the indoor pool. When we checked in we found out that it wasn't open yet. I had already paid online and couldn't get my money back.

I had a good relaxing time with my family. It was clean and quiet. The pool area was too cold for me but my son wanted to swim anyway.

Whole lot better than sleeping in car.

Had trouble with room door key card not working. Staff did help put us in another room where key card worked. Manager caught a double charge on my card for my room.....he was very nice to call my room and let me know that evening before morning check out. Nice people. Bed mattress was firm but bumpy.

The room was very comfortable. It was just outside of St. Louis, so easy drive in. Currently under renovation, but still good accomodations for the price.
