Palace Of Versailles Penthouse

St. Louis apartments in Downtown St. Louis, walk to America's Center Convention Complex
Palace of Versailles Penthouse

Stay tuned for more details. It's going to be tres magnifique!

This is a 2-story beautiful penthouse residence, encompassing almost 6,000 square feet, inspired by the Palace of Versailles in Paris.

The name of the building is actually VERSAILLES.

Parties or events not allowed during the pandemic.

11 minute walk to Busch Stadium.

The space
Please note that the building has a Loud Noise Ordnance of 11pm every night of the week. If you plan to be noisy, this may not be the place for you.

I actually grew up in England and although we live out in Wildwood, about an hour away in rush-hour, we love having this Downtown residence, as an escape for our family and friends, especially when school's out or on the weekends. It looks and feels great over the holidays, when it's too cold out in the woods to have a family day! So instead, we take the kids to City Museum or to a show at the Fox. It's also good over the summer on a Friday/Saturday evening after a baseball or hockey game.

We love this place and we're pretty sure you'll love it too. A bit of thought certainly did go into the design and feel.

A place to be together with your group, for mindfulness and relaxation. For fun and togetherness.

There are 9 bedrooms, 2 dining rooms, 3 bathrooms, all on 2 levels (the 5th & 6th floors):
On the 5th floor, we have 5 bedrooms (2 masters with Queen beds, 3 'kids' rooms' with bunkbeds).
On the 6th floor, we have 4 bedrooms (3 with bunkbeds, 1 with a Queen bed).
Oh - we also have a STEAM ROOM!

Book with the confidence that your stay will be even better than multiple hotel rooms, both in terms of price and quality. Your large group will thank you for finding this listing.

If we're more expensive than the other places you're looking at, it's simply because we're better. We know what we're doing and we know how to look after our guests, as our reviews show. We are acutely aware that too many hosts are not familiar with the concept of 'guest service'.

We are proud to report that we have many return groups for all our various listings. We're always looking for ways to improve, so we need your feedback.

If you're new to Airbnb, this booking will make you a fan. Rest assured that we will make your stay as comfortable as we would want it if we were the guests!

The space is designed with a French 'Palace of Versailles' theme, complete with all associated old French styles and furnishings!

If you are booking for a group of kids, we do require at least one adult staying as well (often a coach or teacher), aged 21 or over.

We do not (and legally cannot) supply alcohol but you can certainly bring your own if you're a group of 21+ people - just don't let it get out of hand please!

There is a grocery store on the two blocks to the east (the Culinaria) in order for you to stock the dry bar and the refrigerator!

Palace Of Versailles Penthouse is designed for folks who want to have all the luxuries of a penthouse suite in a hotel room, but with others occupying the same space, at a fraction of the hotel rates, while living out their fascination with mid-18th century France.

It's ideal for a group of friends/relatives who'd rather not spend $200/night each on a cramped hotel room, and who'd rather hang out together in one fun space, rather than have to always go out to expensive restaurants and bars. There are two kitchens, and you can stock them by going to the grocery store (Culinaria) - literally 100 yards away.

This is a spacious place with many things to do including:

• LED Smart TV (with Roku) in some areas
• High Speed Internet
• Refrigerators with front water and ice-dispenser
• Microwaves
• Regular range with oven
• Coffeepots, Toasters

Pop over to the Culinaria grocery store (a block and a half away) and make yourself a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

Let us know in advance if you need a Pack'N'Play for a small child, and we'll make it happen.

It is also great for hanging out with friends while practicing social distancing and being safe for one another. Always remember to be safe.

Guest access
Palace Of Versailles Penthouse is a carefully crafted space for gathering and mindfulness. It's also part of the private city residence of Dr. & Mrs. Saggar. You can do your own thing and we'll leave you alone, or you can use our additional services, such as massage, yoga, group meditation and acupuncture - just ask about them once your booking is confirmed and we'll send you a link with details, pricing and so on. No hard sell. Only book services if you want them.

Access the building's front doors after-hours, will be communicated before your arrival, and should be distributed to your group. All access instructions will be sent to you the day before your arrival, containing all you need to know, so please do review it and we do recommend you print if off and bring it with you.

Guests have 24/7 access to the Palace Of Versailles Penthouse.

We highly recommend that you read all the reviews from previous groups of guests before you book, but please do contact us if you have any questions about anything. Our goal is to make your visit so spectacular that you'll never think of staying in a hotel again.
Bathrooms include showers.
