Staff is not helpful and discourteous, even over the phone. "Tough luck" attitude. Shuttle service from the airport was over an hour wait. The shuttles to other area hotels were no more than 15mins apart...in the rain. Who wears a tank top with tattoos from ears down the entire length of her arms and across her chest, at the front desk? I already knew that I was not going to be helped with my check in. Thank goodness my trip was handled better once I stepped out: the Uber was there quickly to bring me to a more accommodating hotel with above-and-beyond service from the front desk. I will NEVER consider this place to stay next time I have to come here. We have a large convention coming here in late July. This place will NOT be listed as recommended place to stay, and we will personally provide transportation to our domestic and international guests to the other hotels closer to the venue.

I especially appreciated the 24/7 shuttle since we arrived quite late. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful in every interaction. More than met our needs for a hotel by the airport.

The room was absolutely lovely! The bathroom is tiny but that was fine. It was nice having a free happy hour (3 free drinks plus chips, popcorn, pretzels.)

Place was very well kept, very clean and fresh, which is the most important thing. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, especially the graveyard clerk. The only downside to staying here is the water pressure in the shower - the trickle that came out of the shower head just left me laughing. Crazy low flow.
