Where to start. . . walking into the room there was a smell. . . .a unique aroma of smoke and mold from the air conditioner unit. Once getting past the smell the room was okay except for the bathroom the tub was never cleaned, how do I know? There was a wash rag, a personal one (it was tan and not one from the hotel because it was not their style or color), and a used comb in the shower. The bathroom floor was gross, I cleaned it with a wet towel because it was horrifying. There were spatters on the tiles that surrounded the toilet with what looked like puke or poo, not sure. Yikes. There were flies in the room when we entered, lots of flies. The best were made and probably the cleanest part of the room. There were fake eyelashes under the sink and wads of hair throughout the room that we picked up on our socks even days later, not our hair because of the type (we stayed 4 nights). Housekeeping came every day and at least took out the trash and made the beds, with no vacuuming or bathroom cleaning. When we asked for additional towels the guy at the front desk told us we could have more if brought him the dirty towels (there were 4 us and we only had 2 towels at a time). He would go into the back room and count each and every towel and give us only 4 more, I get keeping track to make sure that people are not stealing but I have never had someone ask me for my dirty towels at the front desk. Yuck. Also, this guy had his Fox News channel and weird women on his phone every time
