First room we got was the sheets were stained and it was really gross. We asked for a different room and they gave us one right away. The front desk associates and staff were really kind. The rooms just were not cleaned well. I don’t believe it is the inn’s fault, I think it’s just due to low prices, there was a few people outside doing drugs. You get what you pay for

The drain in shower was real slow and could use a new mattress the edges were real bad had to sleep in the middle if two people had to sleep it probably would not be good. Otherwise was a great place

Just stayed here for a night while visiting family. The room was clean for the most part but there was old splatter in places like the bathroom door. Toilet, sink and shower were clean tho. The room I stayed in needs a serious renovation however. Definitely an old room. The bed was old squeaky and somewhat uncomfortable. The location is good if you need to stay in Westport. Theres a Quick Trip right next door for anything you might need late nights.

Room was okay. Everything was mostly clean but you could tell that there was some damage. Towels and bedding were clean. Not bad for what we were needing but probably would look into staying somewhere else. Plus was the gentlemen that checked us in was very kind and accommodated any requests as best he could.

I will never use them again...
I called before i booked to verify if they offer veteran discounts and if they would need special paperwork for proof of my service dogs. They assured me that they would add the discount when my fiance checked in, and no extra fees would be applied for my service animals. When he did check in, there was NO discount given and he was forced to pay and extra 50 dollars as a deposit on the service dogs. They, thankfully returned it, but they also tried to claim we damaged the roomn which had paint over top of rust, roaches crawling in the tub, and only gave a small amount of towels knowing there there would be 4 people staying.

The room smelled like mold or mildew there was holes in the walls from water in the bathroom. The ac unit had black mold like substance on it. And would not get hold. There was what looked like blood on the walls

Worst place to stay, staff was poor, room dirty wouldn’t unlock so I sat outside for an hour in the rain when the front desk said someone would be over in 5 minutes. Cleaners would pound on the door and not stop until you answered

Horrible!!!!
The worst hotel stay ever!! It’s a dirty drug and prostitute infested place! Cops and ambulance there at 4 in the morning. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for one and wouldn’t give refund for second night. First room we were in had a puddle from the door to the bed from the rain, they moved us to a different room and the ac made a loud rattling noise the whole time! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!!!

This is the worse experience that I ever have , I traveling for vacation with my boys and the hole hotel was damage , garbage in the comers , when I enter to my room the entering room smelling a cigarette , dirt on the bed and floor. The man who attended the front desk did not understand anything and had a rude attitude. Terrible experience.

This property is old and outdated and needs immediate renovations. There is also mold in the rooms. The covers are thin and the pillows are flat. The sheets are paper thin and so are the towels. The shower floor is extremely dirty.

First room there was filthy. There literally was a used q-tip in my bed under the fitted sheet. Then I requested to be moved after finding a few other disturbing things and was moved to an even nastier room that wreaked of smoke. I am originally from St Louis and chose this hotel because of the surrounding area, and I was traveling with my dog. Never again!
