Overall, my stay was great! The room, property, and lobby were all clean and presentable. My only complaint would be the bathroom door in my room. It was off balance which caused it to not close. But it wasn’t a huge problem since we only stayed one night. All staff that I encountered were welcoming and had good character. I would recommend this hotel to any friends and family.

- People seem to be living in hotel - loud music People hagin out in front of the there room with door open, plenty of smoke coming from room - trash all around on ground and outside rooms - all trash cans over flowing around hotel - paint peeling and mildew in room

Litter on property likely blown in since it was windy. Staff was friendly. Had a mix-up on my reservation that was resolved by the manager upon me going to the front desk. All in all, I’d recommend this location and will return to stay here again.

I had to switch three different rooms due to never being cleaned as well as lack of towels toilet paper etc when asked for it lack of receiving blood stains on the sheets had to pay $150 for a deluxe room that didn't exist because all the rooms are the exact same so I would like my 150 back please

Dresser drawer was broken. Room was hot and ac did not work. 3am wakeup from kids passing my room and knocking on the door. They charged a deposit and then cpuldnt tefund it. Shower worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Hot chocolate run.
Walked in office and stood right right in front of associate that had head phones on and was playing on his phone took about 5 minutes for him to look up and see us, he did change our room to lower level upon asking but the key card did not work it took three times going back before it worked then we went out to dinner and came back and it didn’t work again the bathroom door was falling off the hinges on a good note beds was comfortable and you could smell the bleach.

Good location, friendly staff, easy parking access, but on the downside stains on sheets, Broken towel racks and shower fixtures towels were dirty in the restroom cups had used cigarette butts and there was a strong unpleasant odor like mold or mildew.

Baseboards are missing and bed sheets have stains on it and tv channels u got to pay for to watch a movie and water pressure is weak and when u use toilet u have to stay there and hold the thing to flush everything if not will be flushing fuw times that’s how was my stay and I head premium room so it should be at least better than regular room

The employees and manager were very friendly but very careless with my time as I was left standing at the front desk for over 30 minutes waiting to check into my room while they talked amongst each other. One employee started to ask me what my name was then walked off and the other receptionist helped other customers that were walking in long after I was there. Finally after around 30 minutes and she helped all the other customers she allowed me to check into my room.

I had a bad battery in the smoke alarm and it kept beeping. I called to get it replaced no one came. I took it to the front desk and they never replaced the battery nor gave it back to me. The room smelled musty and was pretty clean on the inside but smelled very bad.

Made reservations thru Hotels.com for my wife & me, and for in-laws. My reservation was somehow canceled because of credit card. Desk was good about getting us a room but that room was in ill- repair (light fixture over sink had only hanging wires). Desk assigned us a new room which was good, but no heat while temps dipped to 45 deg. In-laws arrived later. No issue with their reservation, but their assigned room was not made up. Back to Desk for new room which was ok, but bed side table missing, smoke detector was hanfing from wires, and heat didn’t work. Outside corridors and other common areas were not clean.

The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was loose off the floor and rocked, it then kept us awake running all night and wouldn't flush in the morning. There was no cold water in the sink in the bedroom, just a trickle of hot. The light above the sink didn't work so it was too dark to put any makeup on. The remote for the TV didn't work so I went to reception for a new one, there was coffee there but the girl on reception said she didn't know how hot it was. It was cold but she made no effort to refill it. The car park did not feel safe, there were a lot of people hanging out there that did not look like hotel guests.
