Nice place to stay while visiting college studentPosted Oct 13, 2015
Location: Great place to stay if you are visiting the area to see your college student (Washington University) and great for the price.
The staff was pleasant both at check in and check out. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice stay for the price.

Sucked!Posted Oct 6, 2015
Pros: It was central located to everything we had going on that week end.
Cons: gut it and start over
Location: zoo, the hill, tower grove park
The hotel in general is a dump. There were ants all over inside the room. When you walked into the bathroom water would seep up between cracks in the flooring from an apparent water leak, leaving a backed up toilet smell behind. The size of the room was nothing near what the pictures on the website implied, barely enough room to walk between the bed and the desk/chest.

Right off of I-44, couple mins from I-64, 10-15 mins from downtown, five mins to Forest Park. Stayed here while in town for LouFest and it was the perfect distance from F-Park. Room was tiny and smelled a little musty but hey, what are you going to do. Clean enough for what it was. Not bad at all!

Friendly hotel with easy access of I44Posted Sep 20, 2015
Pros: good location, friendly staff
Cons: might add breakfast to make it a better value
This is an older property but has great easy access off I-44 and felt safe. Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful-I am especially thankful to Anthony for helping to accommodate us with a room with an extra bed for my Mom, who joined me last minute on my trip!

Central location.Posted Sep 12, 2015
I guess it was recently remodeled, but paint was already peeling from the heater covers. No extra pillows the first night, but with persistence, we got some the second night. It really shouldn't take that much effort to get pillows, and when we did get them, they didn't have pillow cases. The worst thing though, was having to pay a big upgrade fee to get a coffee maker in the room. Really? Even the small Mom and Pop places have coffee makers. I will NEVER stay at a Red Roof Inn again. The upgrade policy is ridiculous and petty.

Clean, perfect for St LouisPosted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Nice furniture, big TV, nice, big bed, nice staff
Location: Forest park is right there, science center is near
First of all, I would give this Motel at least 3 stars. The staff was friendly, check in and check out was smooth. The room was perfectly clean, the furniture was nice (except for one drawer but that wasn't a big deal). Unfortunately, there was no fridge and every time you turned the lights on in the bathroom, the AC went on - really loudly. But overall, the experience was very pleasant and I would go back anytime
