Nice hotel and airport shuttle (Billy) was Nice

Pros: very modern look
Cons: na
Location: only came in for concert, didn't have time to venture out
Very Modern & Stylish Hotel, I was only there 1 night did not have time to really enjoy all the amenities, but if ever in St Louis area will definitely stay here again bed was very comfortable

Had to wait 3 hrs after check in to get in room

Not happy with check in at the hotel we had to wait 3 hrs and it put us behind on our schedule

No usual amenities

I found it odd that free WiFi was offered if you sit in the public lounge but for PAYING CUSTOMERS in the comfort of your room you are charged $10 per night. Usually at hotels a continental breakfast is included at no extra charge, but that is not the case here. On top of that they charge for parking! I was only their one night as I was taking my mom to the airport very early the next morning. It wasn't like I was leaving my vehicle there long term. I did appreciate the shuttle service to terminal. The driver was very helpful.

Don't like you had to pay for parking $12 dollars a day no refrigerator are no water in rooms and you also have to pay $16 dollars for breakfast every day very nice hotel but not nice enough to charge you for every lil thing individually

Nice interior!

Pros: The décor was out of a magazine. I wanted to take pictures just to show people that I actually stayed here.
Staff was AWESOME! Was in town for 2 weekend days and 2 weekdays. EVERY staff member that I encountered was either super nice or super helpful. I had built up a camaraderie with quite a few. I had a mishap with my rooms being booked for the wrong day before my travel. Expedia could not assist but the guy I spoke to on the phone was able to get my reservation corrected and assured me of the correct dates. On my last day there My flight did not leave until late. The staff allowed me to use the lobby/lounge area for my extended amount of time and even stored my luggage for me during this time. Such a beautiful hotel, lobby area was so inviting, I've never seen people just relaxing in the lobby of a hotel just to enjoy the ambiance as I did here. My room was nice and comfortable. An acquaintance of mine from the area said he could not believe how nice the hotel looked. Stated it had been about 30 years since he had been in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in St Louis

We visited St Louis this weekend with my family and stayed at the Renaissance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, very comfortable environment

Good facilities, bad service.

Pros: Design of the restaurant is very cool.
Cons: Service, the staff needs to understand that besides the condition of the facilities they are also offering a service and it has to be efficient.
Location: Close to the Airport with some options around.
Hotel is nice, especially the area of the restaurant, however the service is not that good, it was taking a while for any request and some times the staff was forgetting to serve any item like water for instance. On these times everyone is using internet so it does not make sense for me to have an extra charge for the service; in addition the hotel has an additional fee for the parking.

Attractive hotel near the airport and I70

Pros: The room was attractive and comfortable, and we appreciated having a laundry facility down the hall.
Cons: The only downsides were lack of a refrigerator or microwave that seem to be standard at most other hotels and a bit of hall noise. Free WiFi needed!
The hotel met our expectations for a Renaissance. Except for unexpected charges for parking and Wifi, the rate was very good for a quality hotel.

Thank you for the review. We do have refrigerators available upon request. We also have microwaves on the 2nd floor in the guest laundry area. Just an FYI for future stays, we have packages that include parking and wifi and wifi is always complimentary for Rewards members.

Pros: Decor was very nice. Indoor and outdoor pool was nice as well
Cons: Free wifi and parking
I had a great time during my stay. The hotel itself is just beautiful! But what I didn't like was that the hotel charged for EVERYTHING 15 a day parking, 15 a day wifi it ridiculous!
