Beautiful hotel

Pros: Parking was secure. Hotel was nice, beds comfortable!
Cons: Not pay for parking
Loved the hotel. Very nice, just like picture. Downside...had to pay for parking!

Wouldn't recommend

The whole reason to stay close to the airport is to use the shuttle that they advertised having...there was no shuttle in reality. There were 20+ people and 1 cab that they called to run back and forth to the airport. Consequently, because of the wait, we missed our flight. Not a good experience and would highly recommend a different hotel.

We appreciate the feedback. We normally have a shuttle 24/7. One of our drivers did not show and we had to utilize a taxi until we could get another driver in to work. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Nice hotel and airport shuttle (Billy) was Nice

Pros: very modern look
Cons: na
Location: only came in for concert, didn't have time to venture out
Very Modern & Stylish Hotel, I was only there 1 night did not have time to really enjoy all the amenities, but if ever in St Louis area will definitely stay here again bed was very comfortable

Had to wait 3 hrs after check in to get in room

Not happy with check in at the hotel we had to wait 3 hrs and it put us behind on our schedule

Only downside was the parking. The lot closest was usually full at night and the other was a little difficult to get to.
