I would never have booked this hotel if I knew the shuttle stopped at 10 pm. Your site doesn’t say that. So I’m spending and extra $45 to get there by taxi.

Friendly, Professional, Comfy, and budget friendly
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay!!! The room was very clean and everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips. The staff was amazing and very friendlly. We were greeted with smiles by the ENTIRE staff each and every time we encountered them. Breakfast was good and well stocked. The location was great also. We did have an issue with our toilet which they took care of immediately. We will definitely book again but longer next time. Lastly, budget friendly. The only thing I didn't like while booking was that I forgot to use my coupon code--I wish there was a copy/paste option there.

We had a terrible stay. Unfortunately we had to move rooms because the air was broke in ours. Our new room had very uncomfortable beds and our tv was broken. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs some major love.

Decent breakfast. Cheap rate. Smart tv's would be nice but there was HBO and SHO. close to airport and having a gas station and McDonald's right next-door was nice.

I was very satisfied of the service we received. Only complaint is we were not aware of the shuttle service until our kids were coming back from a concert, but the driver let their mother ride with him to pick them up in a very anxious situation.

There was bar soap left in the shower from whoever stayed before us. There was hairspray all over the closet mirrors. The blanket with the extra linens smelled like smoke.

I did not like the fact that they haveny updated their amenities there was animal hair on the couch and the people above me had a party all weekend with mothing but noise. Not to mention they changed the rental price of the room after my stay amd charged me for it.

This accommodation was perfect for our family! The hospitality that was displayed by staff was unmatched. My ONLY complaint was that the walls were too thin. Someone was loudly having sex above us our 2nd night there. 😫

The staff was super nice. It was kind of hard to get new towels and someone to clean my suite. The were renovating the first floor which look very bad for people who do not live there. Some people lived in the building and was complaining that they couldn’t get any help with moving. The elevator barely works. Breakfast is offered really early 6am-9:30am. The toilet stops up fast. The water pressure in the shower is really good. The sheets are very itchy so bring your own. It is a okay location if you cannot get a hotel anywhere else in St Louis. This is not a first choice hotel. They don’t jot purchase new towels. They have washer and dryer to keep the towels clean. The room was very nice. It just needed to be clean again. So please spray Lysol and wipe everything down. Finally, the key card is very weird. The hotel just added a machine to keep strangers out of the venue. It is a good idea but it can bad for people who need to check in at anytime of the night. I would also say make the keys more effective for usage because it should deactivate when a phone is near it. If that is the case make the key card available via app or go back to keys. Breakfast please add more vegan and non diary options.
