Beware!

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Guest treatment. Bookings management.
Location: Great location at the intersection of Page Avenue and I-270 in a development with shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
Have stayed at Sheraton Westport Chalet previously, but this was the first time booking through Expedia. Because of the treatment we received, I cannot recommend this hotel. When we arrived late on a Saturday after visiting family, we were told that the room we reserved (club level king) was not available due to renovations, so we were being upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately, their "suite" turned out to be only the living room of a suite that had temporarily been converted into a guest room by pushing a double bed against the door to the bedroom (see pics). Because it was late, we decided to try to make the best of it. We quickly found that to be a mistake as the person occupying the adjoining room started coughing and sounded like they were in the bed with us. Adding to that, a large wedding party had decided to move the party upstairs to the hallway outside our room. Realizing the futility of the situation, we called the front desk. They offered to allow us to move to the neighboring Sheraton Westport Plaza (a block away), which was the only saving grace to the night and is the reason for the 2 block rating. Worth noting that we had stayed at this hotel 6 months earlier in a renovated club king. As we left the Chalet, we were actually told that room requests from 3rd party booking sites are generally ignored and typically treated as a double room booking. My advice: reserve elsewhere if you want a good night sleep and quality guest treatment.

Pros: How close it was to food and entertainment.
Cons: It is under construction, so will have to see when they are done.
Location: Funny bone (comedy club), there is also a dueling piano bar and several restaurants.
It was ok, but smelled like old people. Not sure how else to describe the smell from the point when you walked in through the whole stay. Please was ok, but nothing spectacular. Needed a place to sleep and it sufficed.

No rooms available land me at the Sheraton

The room was clean an cozy, very comfortable. I would suggest cleaning the carpet it would have made the clean room fresher. Other than that everything was great!

Worth the stay!

The hotel worked well for our stay. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the club lounge was great, comfortable and well stocked.

not happy at all

the room had spiders and some other kind of bug but when opening the curtains in the morning was very very upset to find MOLD all over the white curtains. You would think that for spending 205 a night we would of had a room that taken care of
