It was close to where I needed to be. The lights didn’t all work, the room stank, a smell that that was later identified as weed, there was a used condom under the bed, there was a roach on the drawer we found when checking out, we were approached by a man when checking in being offered to purchase drugs, they were selling from inside the hotel because they proped the door open to be able to get in and out without a card key.

Yikes! Accessible?
I admit that for the price, we weren't expecting much. But heck! It was worse than expected. We had an accessible room. The tub had the appropriate grab bars, but they were as slick as the tub floor. When you finally coaxed water out of the shower, the water pressure was pretty low. The tub was so much higher than the floor, it made stepping in and out a risk. The room was good enough, but of the two lamps in the rom, only one could be plugged in, and its outlet went off when the entryway switch was flipped, so your lights were less than optimal. It wasn't all bad. The desk clerk was cordial and helpful. Nice artwork. Convenient location. If you need an accessible room, like me, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The trash cans outside of the hotel were overflowing with trash. The man at the service desk was outside talking on the phone and even while checking us in, he stayed on the phone and didn’t interact with us much. The hotel smelled heavily of smoke and looked very unkept. The stairs, the doors, the carpets and the walls looked very dirty and old. The hallway was dark and the doors in the middle of the hallway were very creepy. When we got into our room, the lights and the were on. The toilet looked disgusting, the toilet brush was just thrown under the sink, the beds didn’t look properly/nearly made, the pillows had just been thrown at the top of the bed and there was a cigarette in the ashtray. It literally looked like someone had JUST left the room. The carpet and even the sheets were all stained and dirty. It was by far the WORST hotel and room I’ve ever seen.y family and I would not have stayed there, even it was free. We were very tired that night and still opted to NOT stay at that hotel. We asked for a refund, which km still waiting on. I do NOT recommend anyone staying here.

glad I was only staying 2 nights
I booked an accessible room which upon check in I was assigned to a totally different room in the middle of the motel. I was told the next day I would be moved to a room to accommodate my boyfriend who is in a wheelchair. (I never was and didn't bother mentioning it because I did not want to move all our stuff) Luckily he is very independent but I was never moved to a room the pillows were small and when I asked for more they did not have any. You get what you pay for. IF I was by myself at the time and just needed a place to stay night for cheap this would be it. The place needs a big update and there are somethings I can look over but this place needs improvement in many areas.

Entire facility was the dirtiest hotel I ever been in. Room was disgusting. Staff was friendly. We left after a half hour of being there. Lost my $60 but we could not stay in that filth.

We had to change rooms because the first one wasn't clean and smelled like smoke. Second room was much better, but the tv didn't work. Both rooms need updated/repaired furniture and light fixtures Carpet floors and bedding all need replacing.

Horrible experience ever! Nothing in the rooms were cleaned at all! Told and showed the staff and they showed us two other rooms to switch too and was exactly the way! The staff told us that there was nothing they could do except to have us switch rooms. At which point I asked them what's the point of switching rooms when the rooms are just as disgusting as the one we're in? The staff even agreed. Needless to say no refund, only a 30% off our next visit. Hotels.com gave us $50 off our next visit, but still in my opinion not good enough! We walked into crumbs in what looked to be a made up bed, food left in mini fridge, pee on bathroom floor behind trash can and dried on toilet seat, floors were sticky throughout, trash and safety pins around beds, toilet didn't flush, sheets were not cleaned, burnt holes in the top sheets, bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months, bed skirts had milk spots on them, trash was still left in bathroom, sink hadn't been cleaned either, there was syrup on the floor by the mini fridge, and there was some sort of sauce on one of the walls. If we had had the money we would've gone to another hotel and if it wasn't so cold that night would've even slept in the car! Instead had no other option but to sleep in our clothes on top of the covers. We felt and still feel that a refund would be more than fair!

Was absolutely the dirtiest hotel I've walked into. The room had a smell that was just unbearable, (maybe thats why the window was open) the mattress looked as if the center was removed and once my shoe stuck to the floor I knew it was time to go somewhere else, asked for a refund and left.

This property was ran down. The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and placed on the drawer. There were 3 pillows for 2 beds. The air conditioner was leaking water onto the floor. The stay was very terrible and the amenities were disgusting. Not worth the price or the safety concern.

Terrible hotel. Smelly and dirty. No sheets, blanket or towels in room, just stuff from prior tennant including shower towel. Floor in bath was greasy and carpet sticky too. One room down the hall had sticker on it that it was uninhabitable. Fridge leaked under microwave and all over countertop where power strip was. Didn't trust breakfast would be fit to eat. Don't stay here. It's bad.

This was the worst hotel stay in my whole entire life. The light did not work, the toilet flushed rarely, the room was dirty, and the room across from mine had a sign that said it was not approved for residency. If the hotel was $20 a night, I would have been fine with all of this.

Rooms were old and outdated. Cigarette smoke stained the walls and the air was saturated by that smell. Walls seemed thin that you can hear TV and footsteps stomping above. First room they gave the A/C unit was off the wall with wires exposed, bed was not made and in "as is" condition from previous tenant, and no bath towels. I had to switch rooms which the second one was okay. However, it met my expectations since its a "you get what you paid for" lodging. I would not recommend this place to family and friends.

Upon arrival the hotel smelled of drugs. Room we received was in the basement walking by trash can put in the hallway and dirty laundry. In the room the tv did not work, smoke/fire detector was taken apart, burn holes in the white sheets and comforters, dead bugs along the baseboard, a metal bar sticking out of the bed frame, and continued smell of skunk....my kids were terrified. We ended up speaking to the front desk who understood and said we could cancel and be refunded our money which we still have not received after multiple calls. They also proceed to say basically every room is like that, no tv works, and the 3rd floor was getting renovated due to so much mold. Worst experience ever.

Booking this before reading the reviews was a mistake on my part. Inside of the hotel is old worn and dirty which i personally can put up with for the forty five a night i paid. What i couldnt put up with was getting back to my room at 430am (after working 16hrs) and finding a bed with no sheets or blanket. Then i go to the front desk to get some and the person "working" is passed out in the lobby and wont wake up to help me. So my options were going and buying sheets or going and getting a different hotel. So i went and bought a cheap set of sheets so i wouldnt have to sleep on the bare stained mattress. I would recommend that people would be better off sleeping in their car then staying at this hotel. If you read this and choose to book it anyway...... Good luck to you.

The only light that worked in our room was the bathroom light. Bathroom door was busted and barely hanging on one hinge. Tv had no remote, not that it mattered because no channels came through. All linens in bathroom were damp. When I complained to the front desk, I was told they would make a note of the issues in our room. I stay in a lot of cheap hotels. I don't expect them to be perfect, but this was one of the worst.

this hotel has really fallen over the years. we were not able to get a key for the first part of the stay to the machine being down so had to be let in and out of the room by staff (inconveinent) ... also i was overcharged for my stay, and the room was outdated and several items were broken or missing , or just not clean as they should be( no latch on door, hole in bathroom door, ect) i will definitely not be returning

This would be a poor hotel for a family to stay also bring a sheet and blanket to put over the comforter cause ours had burn holes in it. Our rooms carpet had stains and objects laying on the floor as did the hallways. Nice for pets cause the floors are already stained. Card machine was broken and I think that the guy their maybe an employee took us to our room to let us in did not have cards for the first day. Random people hanging around and inside the building that were not staying or had rooms. lock your cars

Walk into lobby ,dirty. front desk lady very nice. As I walked down the hall toward my room, noticed room next door was kicked in. In the room, carpet stained and smell. I would nort even take my shoes off. the bed was broken down. bedstead stained. Bathroom. 1 towel, no bathmat. I left the property. Did not feel safe of clean. Pictures VERY misleading. If I was Expedia, I would reevaluate your partnership and name associated with Wyndham Super 8. Never will stay at any Wyndham Property.
