Hot mess

I will never stay here ever again! Horrible! It took 20 mins for the shower to warm everyday, never any towels, a. C. Smelled like mildew, hallways reeked of marijuana and hotel staff didn't mind tho..the only great thing was Brian, the overnight staff. He tried his best to accommodate my family, with the horrible conditions of his poorly rundown job! Don't stay here unless you don't wanna sleep in your car...it would provide much more comfort than this place!!! Uggh!!!

Upon arrival they did not have a room prepared for me and my family second they put us in a dirty room with roaches everywhere and the room smelled finally on the last day they put us in a deceit room which was just okay overall I would never go there again

Cold water and lack of customer service

This was not the worst place, but I do not plan to go back. Due to the predicted ice storm, it was important for me to get a room with a fridge and microwave. I found out in order to get these amentities , you had to reserve a king bedroom. This was fine, but upon arrival found out the room was tight spaced. There was no hot water in the sink or tub half of the two nights stay. I wanted to switch rooms after the first night, and a woman at the front desk kept responding as if it was an inconvinence . The hot water finally began to work before another room was ready. Therefore, i kept the same room , but had trouble the 2nd night with hot water too. If you have a fridge in your room, always check the setting first! The microfridge in the room was left on the highest setting before arrival. Found out after it was too late and half my food and drinks were frozen . Customer service could be much better. Would have been great to take a warm or hot shower . Or even discounted for a next stay.

Not bad at all for the price you pay , clean n quite
