Pros: felt classy
Cons: indoor pool would be nice. perhaps a sauna.
Location: very nice area.

The room was great and everything was nice..the only thing was the service at the lounge ...the waitress forgot about us was too busy talking with the kitchen stuff and didn't really have an opinion on the food only asked what she suggested.

Again staff amazing rooms are nice however great location and nice shopping stores for my wife

Dirty furniture, broken bathroom fixtures

Furniture noticeably dirty and really worn...room chair arms and sofa...also lobby furniture. Really should have pristine furniture for this class of hotel; bathroom fixture fallen to the floor...could see repairs had been attempted several times; bug bites on legs after sleeping!!! Only 2 glasses for a suite?!?!!

Pros: It's architecture, restaurants, and shops
Cons: Provide mini fridges in rooms.

Beautiful hotel - but disappointing that the hotel rooms have no mini fridge.

Good location

Showing some wear and tear, but nice staff, good bargain and restaurants. Movie theater in the facility! Located in central west end near more bars and restaurants.

Horrific Customer Service

I have never received such awful customer service at a hotel, let alone for an expensive one like this. After informing the management that the cleaning staff had skipped our room, they failed to even send up extra coffee as requested. When told our stay was mediocre, the front desk worker said, "that's a shame. Well you have no outstanding charges, have a nice day!" The valet was expensive and was not allowed to tell us that dining at a restaurant or bar could get us validation. The room's AC unit was crazy loud and there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Do NOT spend the money.
