Horrific Customer Service

I have never received such awful customer service at a hotel, let alone for an expensive one like this. After informing the management that the cleaning staff had skipped our room, they failed to even send up extra coffee as requested. When told our stay was mediocre, the front desk worker said, "that's a shame. Well you have no outstanding charges, have a nice day!" The valet was expensive and was not allowed to tell us that dining at a restaurant or bar could get us validation. The room's AC unit was crazy loud and there was no extra roll of toilet paper. Do NOT spend the money.
