great location for touring downtown

Pros: Great location
Cons: Outside of hotel had signs covered and awnings were torn and hanging down. Looked a little deserted. Probably was great at one time. Still a nice p
Location: Can walk to arch stadium and most downtown locations.
When we arrived the hotel was no longer an Omni hotel but the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were able to check in early. They were very friendly and attentive. Hotel did seem kind of empty and desolate.

Since we changed from Omni, we are required to cover up any signage referencing the old name until we have our signage in place and the city gives us clearance to put it up. Nothing like the website!!

Well first the sign out front was covered and just said hotel. The website said there was a restaurant but it wasn't a functioning one. Just unused space! This hotel could be so much better if someone just put the time and money into it. No vending machines. The website shows a fitness room but that's nowhere to be seen as well. I checked in at the front tables...not a desk like others do but tables with two people trying to find everything. The room was not cleaned before or during our stay. There was pubic hair in the bathroom and in some of the hand towels. Breakfast was nonexisting. Some small boxes of cereal and hard crescent rolls and bagels. And Sunday there wasn't even milk for the cereal!!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It's not worth the 412 dollars I spent there! And to top it off..we get back to our room Saturday night and turn the TV on and porn was playing on the TV. Housekeeping stayed on the same floor in the same spot all day...laying on another rooms bed watching TV.

Hotel smelled liked moth balls, & has bugs

Advertised 2 queen beds but room has 2 twin beds, I was disappointed with this reported issue to clerk who assured me they're queen size, rather than argue with her I left it alone and cancelled our stay only staying one of the planned 4 days/nights.

False advertisement

I think the picture on line was taken about 80 yrs prior outside looked like a dump inside had no front desk The room was pretty decent. That's the best I can say!

This is not an Omni hotel!

Horrible hotel! Rooms gross. Terribly dirty. AC didn't work. Two people working, and only one at night. No restaurant or bar either.

Location: A good central location, could walk to a lot of places.
This hotel had been taken over by new owners. The day we arrived, rooms weren't ready, no hot food, a disaster really. Sheets on bed were stained and asked for them to be changed, came back at night, clean sheets sitting on bed, had to make it myself!

Well placed to enjoy St Louis. A haven of calm

Pros: The staff, the serenity
Cons: The old world charm could be seen as old fashioned or outdated. So not to everyones taste
Location: Just outside the city centre, walking distance to Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium and a range of bars and restaurants
I spent 2 nights in St Louis, and found the Omni Majestic to be well situated - jut a short walk from Downtown and comfortable. It had an element of old fashioned grace about it, the rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were very attentive, remembered me and gave good advice.

We enjoyed the friendly staff and had a wonderful stay at the Omni. The hotel was in a great location and was kept in perfect shape. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. Our overall experience was very pleasant.
