We always love staying at the Westin every year when we take our trip to St. Louis. I was a little disappointed this go around. Air was not working correctly, blow dryer smelt like it was about to catch on fire, and the big blanket and stains where it hadn’t been changed out.

This is my first time staying here for opening day, St. Louis Cardinals. While the hotel, the room, the workout room was clean and big and they had Peloton in their workout room, their key cards did not work all weekend so we were not able to get into our room in a timely manner nor into the Club room, nor the fitness room without going back every single time to the front desk and asking for a new key card and sometimes that would work and sometimes it wouldn’t. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal but having to go back and forth 17 times in our stay or more was very inconvenient .

The area of downtown seemed a little safer than some other parts. We walked everywhere and took public transportation too. Only during the day. We were in a accessible room so I am not sure if it is used often. The hairdryer was missing, a light burnt out (hotel fixed both issues) had to go to the 5th floor for ice and a microwave.

Had a great time. Easy walk to a lot of great sights, restaurants, and bars. Stadium and arch are right there. Hotel bar had nice cold beer and sports on all day.

Excellent hotel in a renovated warehouse directly next door to Busch stadium. It was an easy walk to the Enterprise center from the hotel as well. The room was awesome with a very high ceiling and felt very spacious and clean. Loved everything about this hotel!

Hospitality? I think not.
I can't believe this is a Westin. Having stayed in Westins across the globe the St. Louis hotel bearing the name shows little resemblance when it comes to service, client satisfaction or managerial ability. This hotel defended their decision to schedule loud hallway carpet cleaning during the evening and nigh hours creating a loud, disruptive environment that the desk clerk and night manager refused to correct. When asked they rudely and begrudgingly changed my room (a further inconvenience). Upon checkout, the clerk was unable to print an invoice. The valet was nowhere to be seen at 6pm. It's appalling and unacceptable.

Great hotel with awful water pressure.
Great hotel, awesome staff, convenient location…..but the water pressure in the shower is awful, barely a trickle coming out. 4/5 stars because of that.

Many issues with what it says on the website and what actually is reality here. It’s too bad all the staff seems to be ticked off to work here, too new to actually be knowledgeable about anything or smells suspicious. Generous size of room but bathroom especially was very grimy, room has no sound proofing from the busy street outside or a way to add white noise to mute it somewhat. Don’t believe anything the website says about the dining offerings as none of them applied when we just stayed.

Nice property but never again will I stay here. They allowed someone to charge all their purchases from the bar to our room and I was charged $278 to the card I left on file for incidentals. Called the hotel and was told I had to wait for a manager to call me back. Never received a call back.

The check-in process was lengthy due to a system shut-down, but staff was kind and issued a drink waiver for those who had to wait. Beautiful view of Busch Stadium!

System was down. Staff did their best. Not their fault. But....even after the wait for the system, the room wasnt ready. Thats not the systems fault. Definitely staff issue at that point.

Checkin was a disaster. Took over a hour. Made us late for the concert. Then we had to wait another 25 minutes because the room wasn’t clean yet. It looked great when we finally got up there. Valet parking was great. For the most part the stay was fantastic. Checking in was a disaster.

The location is amazing for events at Busch stadium(next door) and enterprise center only a 10 minuite walk. Staff were very kind and considerate. We will return to the Westin for all concerts and ball games we attend.

The Westin St.Louis was so exquisite! Nicest hotel stay I’ve had in a while. The room was spacious and the aesthetic was just what I was hoping for. Elevators were kind of tricky to find but other than that I would definitely book again!
