Day at the zoo

Pros: The size of the rooms.
Our family spent the day at the St. Louis zoo, our 11th in a row. We did not want to drive the 3 hours home after our long day, so we spent the night here, and went shopping the next day. It was a bit sad for my grandson that the pool was already closed for the season. The suite setup was great.

Ok stay but could be better

Room was updated but smelled like prior occupant had fried fish- heavy oil smell in room that did not go away. Bed was not very comfortable and had to set ac unit at 62 to make the actual temperature feel like 70. It is an older hotel that has had some renovations. It is not bad but not great, ok for the price especially if you need or can utilize the kitchen.

Easy access to I44 and quiet.

Pros: Just about everything.
Cons: Not sure, maybe room service for breakfast or something. Just kidding.
Location: Easy drive into nearby areas for restaurants and clubs, etc.
Nice place with adequate parking, clean room, and delightful breakfast. A great place for us to stay with easy access to I44 for our forays into the surrounding areas. Given the opportunity we will stay there again.

Not keeping up on maintenance.

Really good room layout. Unprofessional staff attitudes. Housekeeping did not clean the room. Bathroom fan did not work.

There were 3 of us and the room was one bed with a pull out which left no walking room. Other than that the room was good, air conditioner good, and breakfast good.

We had a great stay at the Towneplace Suites! We were in town for a baseball game. It was a great location - not too busy. The outdoor pool was a great spot to retreat to during the 90+ temps outside! Everything was great about the hotel. Great service and clean room!

The complimentary breakfast was uneatable and the coffee looked like tea, Luckily we had time to get breakfast before our first meeting in the morning.
