Reasonable for price

Well it didn't start off great. The lady at check-in told us our room was in one building so we parked and unloaded all of our things only to get to that building and not find our room. We went back to tell her and she was like oh yeah you must be in the other building. Finally when we got to our room it had a really bad odor. Many of the doors had loose hinges (bathroom, one bed room and closet) so we had to lift them up in order for them to close. When I went to brush my teeth that night the water smelled like mildew. I had to boil water to brush my teeth. On another note my friends' room was not as bad. I think it was just this room.

The room was very nice but the customer service guy didn't want to give us a row away bed r extra blankets. He did of course but I felt as if he wasn't happy about it

Great time

We went for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our stay. Only suggestions I have are during the season when the pool is closed you should allow guests to you the pool at your adjacent facility. Need a video game room. And biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

As for the indoor pool at our Fairfield Inn Hotel, all you need to do is contact the front desk of the TownePlace Suites before you're wanting to go swim and they'll call the Fairfield and verify that their indoor pool isn't to capacity with their own guests. If not, you're more then welcome to head over and take a swim! Just keep that in mind next time you stay with us! Hope to have you back with us again soon! Thank you again!

Less than expected

The room was too small. There was dust in the corners of the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable.

GREAT PLACE

We had the 2 bedroom suite,It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 grown sons. We were in town to meet family it was close to downtown,but far enough away from traffic! The neighborhood was quite ,WE WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

loved the kitchen and the rooms we extremely clean! the only dislike was the size of the breakfast room. it could have been bigger.

For this trip, our stay and this review is related to a single night in the hotel. We booked using hotels.com; normally I only use this site for international stays as I like the diversity of the hotel offerings. As a Marriott rewards member, I normally would go through Marriott directly. With that said, I have complaints on 2 fronts - one with hotels.com and one with Marriott. 1. Hotels.com - We needed a queen, pull out couch, and a roll-away bed, which was advertised as such. When I booked the room I added comments in the reservation that we needed a roll-away bed. Upon arrival they said 1. the room could not accommodate a roll-away bed due to fire code; although a roll-away bed was clearly advertised as an option. 2. the hotel said that this special request was not received; although my confirmation and hotel.com reservation clearly noted this request. As a 10+ year Marriott reward member, I may never book with Marriott again simply due to this situation. Marriott - Here's how the hotel desk handled this situation: 1. We didn't get the request; 2. We can't accommodate the request - fire violation and no roll-away beds either; 3. Laughed - we can give you blankets so you can sleep on the floor.
