I called this hotel and spoke with a lady who I informed I wouldn’t be staying at there hotel, due to work related schedule conflicts. The hotel still charged my card, even though did not stay one night. A courtesy call would of been excellent. Hotel’s cannot be that tight on cash, that they they have to obtain revenue by such means. I work for Spectrum, and I book rooms for 10-15 employees. I guess Drury Hotels will take it’s place.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite was suprised how clean it was and the bed and everything was great no complaints will stay again !!!!!!!

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the room smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke, there was no handsoap in the bathroom, and masking tape was covering up all the smoke detectors. It was a convenient place to stay but I will probably not stay there again.

It was a two bedroom suite. The front door didn’t close right. The TV in the smaller bedroom didn’t work. The bathroom looked either dirty or stained. No discounts were offered.

Nice rooms, poor remodel.
I expected more simply based on the fact that all of the rooms are suites. The rooms appear to have been recently remodeled with new carpet and freshly painted. However, they neglected to place all of the hinges back on some of the doors and the doors were hard to open because the new carpet is apparently higher than the previous flooring. Nice room, poor remodel. The fundamentals of a remodel is to leave the building better than you found it with doors that close properly.

Not real impressed with suite 123. Found toilet paper holder partially hanging from wall, bathroom sink and shower drains plugged up/very slow draining, light limiting shades on window do not fully cover window and afford you little to no privacy. Kitchen cabinet doors crooked and room smelled like mold. Ceiling above suite creaked loudly every time guest upstairs walked around. Didn't sleep well due to this and ended up leaving at 4:45 am.

Never gave a bad review like this before. Room was unclean, dirty towels left in bathroom; no clean ones left. Sketchy guests, or visitors, or whatever they were. This place cant decide if its a hotel or a Section 8 housing. Until it does, IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EXPEDIA.

Front desk lady was very friendly. Hotel is just really old & run down. In desperate need of a remodel. Ok as far as our room being clean. But hallway, stairs, and exterior were a mess. I wouldn’t stay here again until a remodel is completed.

The hotel is undergoing major renovations which isn’t mentioned in the description. I booked a room with 2 beds. I got a call saying they only had 1 room left and it only had 1 bed. They would comp it if we still wanted it. We made it work. But I’m not that picky about my hotels. Others may have issue with an incomplete room. Staff was very friendly. Did what they could to make the room work for us.

Luckily we were only there for one night. The property is run down. I know that the are in the process of renovating but they could at least keep it clean if they are going to stay open during construction. The carpet needs to be vacuumed. Especially the hallway and stairs. Siding needs to be power washed. Window screen have large holes in them. Mirrors in room were dirty. Toilet lid had a burn mark on it. Tv was not facing bed and is too low to watch from the bed. Hallway smelled like animals. Staff was friendly enough and bedding looked clean which is all that truly mattered for one night. Hopefully the property is updated soon.

I waited around and around and around with nothing to do because I expected to get into my hotel room and then be able to get ready for the concert….

Loved the 2 bedroom suite, something hard to find. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been (last occupant's coffee still in the coffee maker, nuts in the sofabed). Nothing we couldn't fix on our own. Staff was great!(Summer, and I didn't catch the others' names). Our family of six enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Room had not been cleaned before we occupied it. We had to purchase some Clorox wipes to clean things before touching them to feel safe. There was a lot of soap scum in the shower. A previously used bar of soap in the shower. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. Had we not been driving all day prior to arrival, we would have walked out and attempted to find somewhere else to stay.

The hotel beds were very comfortable, but I was very unhappy with the booking service. They overbooked and didn’t even have the room I booked, so it cost twice as much. The rooms were not stocked and while there is a kitchen, it was less than desirable. No amenities in the bathroom, no even a bar of soap to wash my hands. I get it’s a renovation but you have to be this cheap to your guests? I’m sure the local Hilton would have provided shampoo and soap. Very disappointed in this hotel and hotels.com.
