Overall pleasant experience

Pros: The room was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Breakfast
Location: We were there for a Vikings game and to be downtown, so didn't explore the immediate area.
The Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Because it's somewhat isolated, we needed to use Uber to go downtown or pretty much anywhere. Breakfast was adequate, although the breakfast meats were quite under-cooked. The bar was never busy, although the bartender seemed friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Pros: Great pool for the kids, very clean room!
Cons: Inform guests when asking about a shuttle that it does not run on the weekend!
Location: Many great places within walking distance to eat.
We chose this hotel because it was close to the Minneapolis Convention Center and we were told there was a shuttle available to take us to the event and pick us up. So, Saturday morning when we attempted to verify the departure time for the shuttle, we were told that the shuttle does not run on the weekend. We were super disappointed, since this was the main reason for choosing this particular hotel! We then were told that we could use a car service but would have to pay the $20 out of our own pocket to cover the costs. This also did not make us very happy! After a brief discussion with the employee working at the front desk, it was arranged for the hotel to cover our car service to and from the Convention Center. Very pleased they did end up covering the cost to make up for the bad information that we were given when we asked multiple times about the shuttle. Overall, the hotel was great otherwise! Great pool for the kids, very clean room.

overall, it was nice to stay, quite, clean, but just wifi was not stable? disconnects frequently for me.

Loved everything except the pillows were very firm and uncomfortable.

Would not stay again

Our room did not have a bathroom door and we could hear partiers after 1:00 in the morning. We had three family members in the room but at check in they did not mention the need for a roll away bed. We had gotten in late so called for that at 12:30 and it came promptly but then there were no blankets so had to call again to get blankets. Would not go back.

Tried to charge my credit card twice, when we already paid. And then harassed me in front of guests. Not happy!!!!!. Made me pay twice for our breakfast!!! The best part was the Manager of the hotel buffet was as sweet as pie, he made my daughter and me pizza ,pop, and a cookie as we awaited a tow truck!!!!! Of course free of charge......He made our day!!!! Wish I could have remembered his name!!!!!
