I’ve seen an insect on the bed and butterfly in the bathroom. And a housekeeper didn’t come to re-clean and didn’t take trash out.

Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize that this was your experience. At check in we let guests know if they need assistance from housekeeping to contact the front desk. Your stay was for two nights, so our housekeeping staff wouldn't have refreshed the room, unless upon request.Thank you for your feedback and if you are in the area again, I do hope you will give us another chance to show you are hospitality.

Pool and hot tub were great kids enjoyed it. Loved the rooms, only issue with the hotel was no hot water in shower, we were offered to switch rooms on our second night but still had an issue with the water. Overall we would recommend this hotel to families. We had friends stay at the same time and they didn’t have any issues with hot water. The hotel did compensate for the issue. Also beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good.

Everything about this place was pretty good. Clean, great breakfast, nice room, pool/jacuzzi/gym, friendly staff... It wasn't until around 9-10pm when we realized we couldn't get the AC to shut off. The wall unit wasn't working and the controls on the window unit were doing everything BUT shutting it off. Even the OFF button didn't work. I went to call the desk, but the phone was dead. So, with my daughter and wife groaning about the noise and chill, I trekked down to the front desk. The lady working was very nice and said she would have a technician up to our room shortly. The technician arrived withing 15 minutes. Great. But, he couldn't turn it off either. He tried the wall unit, but it didn't work at all (no led lights or anything lighting up) and he couldn't get the AC unit on the window to work either. Eventually, he just reached through some wires and pulled the plug on the unit. He then warned us not to try to plug it back in because of the wires. So they got it shut off, but I kind of think at that point, they should have offered us another room that had a working phone and AC unit. It was 10:30 or later by then and I didn't have the energy to go back down to the desk. My wife had her citizenship test the next morning, and we all needed sleep (we drove 2 hours from Wisconsin). Just as we were all asleep, sometime after midnight. There were loud thumping sounds coming from above and around us. cont. in next review

This was our first time to this hotel and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted as we entered (a rarity anymore) and the check-in was smoothly done. The breakfast were always warm, and a shout out to the staff taking care of them. Sunday, it just seemed like there were people there the entire time, but the staff performed so well, and were on top of things! The checkout was quick and easy, with the hotel being a short distant from many neat places! I highly recommend this hotel for the great staff, great breakfast, and location!

Was very surprised how great this place was. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice and the room was great. We had a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and loved it. Layout was a bit different than most rooms with bathroom in the middle of room, great ide. Breakfast was great with hot items like eggs and sausage and always kept up. Location was great too. We used it for Viking and Wild games which was easy ro access from here

Just needed a clean place to sleep which this hotel provided. Friendly front desk staff. Only thing I would say is that the shower was blah. Water backing up in the drain real bad which is always gross. But, oh well.

Excellent value near Minneapolis
Conveniently located to downtown Minneapolis and the western suburbs. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms are well laid-out and clean. Quieter than most hotels. The breakfast buffet had good quality food. The pool and hot tub are modestly sized and well-maintained. There is a decent exercise room. I have stayed here twice now and plan to stay again the next time I travel through the Twin Cities.

Great staff wonderful hotel rooms. Roofing company working there were very rude wrote nasty note on our car and others when our parking spots weren't even cones off. Hotel itself wonderful.
