Nous étions très près de tout , à savoir le centre ville de rodnay , la plage , les étals un peu partout , toutes les commodités nécessaires .

Quite a long walk to the beach

Pros: Pools
Location: Mall, casino, nothing is Far!
Didn't get the room requested. Ours was very noisy right above the bar/entertainment. The staff was excellent though.

Mid range, peaceful hotel for a winter getaway!

The overriding thing for us was the genuine friendliness of all the staff. This seemed to rub off on the guests too, who were also friendly and politely chatty. It was a relatively small hotel in stunning gardens, 3 small pools around the grounds and much of the time was quiet and peaceful. It was great for what we wanted and we will return.

Simply great!

Very nice hotel atmosphere, friendly staff , fun events, treated like family. Breakfast was great, especially the omelet chef! It is a great place to relax, close enough to walk into town for restaurants, groceries, etc. everyone made to feel welcome. The beach is a bit of a hike, the shuttle is a nice perk, but it only runs every hour, nice beach though and the resort atmosphere there is nice as well. The staff were exceptional.

Lovely hotel & staff

With 3 pools to choose from, our kids were kept happy & entertained. The staff were friendly & very helpful. Use of the Beach Resort was a big bonus too.

Ok place

The check-in was very fast and convenient, with a waiting rum punch. The 1st room, I assume the hotel was full and where given the most undesirable standard room in the hotel, right next to the bar on the main floor. A lot of traffic walked by our room, privacy in this room was not very good as we had to keep the drapes closed due to the location. The room itself needed to be upgraded as paint was peeling on the door and the bathroom was very run down. It also did not have any spots to put apparel as it had no dresser and very few hangers in the closet, (we had to ask for a luggage rack and live out of our luggage). Also our balcony door did not lock, when we advise the front desk someone was dispatched promptly and fix the issue. The bigger issue we had was, no hot water for showers, when we advised the hotel about this issue they dispatched someone to look at it however it did not help. We asked to be moved and were told that the hotel was full and could not do anything for us until four days later. After complaining every day for three days about not being able to shower with even warm water they final gave us another room. I think after reading some comments regarding people receiving upgrades the hotel could have fixed this issue for us much faster, as I believe I am paying for a room and I have the right to have a hot shower. The 2nd room was much nicer and upgraded, and the hot water was readily available for showers, although it still needed a dresser so we wouldn’t n
