The Coconut Bay Beach Resort boasts many activities, such as billiard and pool tables, a piano, shopping, and event facilities and services. On-site activities include beach volleyball, horseback riding, kite surfing, and use of outdoor tennis courts and 5 outdoor pools.

The hotel offers complimentary wireless Internet access in public areas and around pools. A lobby computer also provides high-speed Internet access (surcharge). There are 3 meeting and conference rooms for use as well as event catering and audiovisual equipment. Complimentary outdoor parking provides guests with a worry-free stay.

Guests enjoy the lazy rivers as well as relaxing in sun loungers on the patio or rooftop terrace. There is also on-site kayaking.

The large air-conditioned fitness center contains cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.

The on-site spa, Kai Mer, offers body wraps, treatments, facials, aromatherapy, a variety of massage services, as well as outdoor and couples treatment rooms (children 16 and under not allowed). Advanced reservations required.

Silk - Air-conditioned à la carte Asian restaurant with Chinese lanterns, rattan chairs. Open for dinner only five nights weekly. 24-hour reservations required. Family and adults-only seatings. Dress code: long pants, collared shirts, no beach sandals for men.

Calabash - The resort's Caribbean specialty restaurant showcasing Creole and Caribbean cuisine. Reservations required. Dress code applies.

Beach Grill - Open-air spot between main pools. Beamed wooden ceiling. Open mid-morning until early evening, then after dinner until late for sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, French fries, salads.

Coconut Bay offers 7 bars located throughout the resort, including an adults-only bar and a swim-up pool bar. Guests can enjoy an assortment of tropical blends, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and premium and top-shelf liquors.

Capri - Open air a la carte Italian restaurant with a casual setting. Featuring made to order pizza, ravioli, and lasagna, and spaghetti with Caribbean and seafood feel. Reservations required.

Coconut Bay offers a variety of entertainment each evening, ranging from live music and top-notch performances to weekly themed dinners including Caribbean Night, Pirate's Night, and Country and Western Night.

A 98-foot (30-meter) freeform pool contains garden islands, cascades, and alcoves with banquettes and cocktail tables. A freeform activities pool with volleyball net is surrounded by a sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Isolated at one end of the resort is an adults-only area with a 35-foot (11-meter) freeform pool, a sundeck, and a lawn with lounge chairs and hammocks under coconut palms. The lazy river (but not water slides) is open around the clock.

The resort supplies snorkeling gear. Windsurfer rentals are available during busy seasons on a beach 0.75 miles (1 kilometer) south. Other watersports, including scuba diving, are available on beaches near Soufrière, 27.5 miles (44 kilometer) north of the resort on the west (Caribbean) coast.

Land sports include beach volleyball and cricket. The tennis courts and two basketball courts are lighted. Daily activities include yoga, Tai-Bo, pool aerobics, and dance classes.

ATVs, kayaking, and biking are available along the southeast coast of the island.

A rainforest canopy tour offers a bird's-eye view of treetops and across rivers (surcharges).

Kai Mer is the resort's air-conditioned beachfront spa. Facilites include eight treatment rooms; some with private outdoor ocean-view "rainfall" showers.
