Great Facility

This was our first time at an all inclusive Hotel. The weather was fantastic. The facility was well maintained and the rooms were spacious and clean. The food was natural so it was healthy and the staff was very accommodating. Great resort an experience.

Large resort, beautiful grounds and very friendly , attentive staff. Long hike to and from your room is a negative. Having to chose what restaurant you will feel like eating in advance strange but all worked out. Would I recommend if going to St. Lucia yes , would I go back no.

Romantic island

Pros: Hotel was excellent, beds were very coffee. Tennis courts were great 2 were lite at night
Location: The Pitons were a must to see or better yet if in good health climb them 2.5 hours up 2.5 down.
This island has a great vibe all people speak English THE ISLAND IS VERY REASONABLE. THE resort had plenty to do.never board.

Wonderful and Friendly All-Inclusive

Pros: The staff, the beautiful beach, great food and activities. The other resorts are on the cliffs and far from the ocean.
Cons: A lighter blanket on the beds. It was quite heavy and hot.
Location: Plan tours through the resort. They will make sure you are getting the best tour company. Zip lining, snorkeling, volcano, waterfalls, rum tour.
St. James’s did not only meet expectations but it exceeded them.The resort was very clean and updated. Grounds, pools, and common areas were extremely well taken care of. The pools were cleaned every morning. The grounds were also fogged on a daily basis to prevent mosquitoes. Our room was in the 600 block facing the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The room invited you to relax. Housekeeping did a superb job.Six restaurants, four bars and one café. Wait staff and bartenders were amazingly friendly. Our bartenders made the experience fun and entertaining. All of the restaurants were quite good. There was so much to do and enjoy during our stay. The activity center and gym was well equipped. We enjoyed the banana boat, wake boarding, kayaking, and paddle boarding. We also loved just relaxing on the beach or by the pool with drinks. The Wednesday night beach party offered astounding food, drinks, entertainment and atmosphere. This was by far my favorite experience during our stay. Nightly entertainment was always a treat. The concierge organized excursions for us. The Stormy Norman Rum Tour was a nice outing and we enjoyed Marigot Bay quite a lot. The Calypso Cat Soufriere Express boat tour was the best excursion I’ve ever been on. The crew was informed and very very entertaining. All of our party was incredibly pleased with the rooms, resort, staff, food and entertainment. We will absolutely recommend St. James’s Club Morgan Bay to everyone. We would love to visit again.

fantastic hotel, great value for money.

Everything at this hotel was fantastic. From start to finish. The beach is 7/10 that is only (ever so slight) niggle. Still a lovely beach and has everything you need, just not quite stunning. Food fantastic, staff extremely friendly and the facilities - everything you could possibly wish for. Unbelievable value for money.

Dated hotel for the price.

Nice location but the hotel needs to be updated. Rooms need to be fixed up and the food was average.

We stayed at St. James Club Morgan Bay

Pros: it was pretty
Cons: Service, furniture, soda and water in the room, wifi more available
We were very disappointed with our stay. It was all inclusive, not one bottle of water or a soda in the room, had to pay for it. There is no where to unpack your clothes, we were there a week, three small drawers and a closet. Our room did not get cleaned till 3 or 4 PM, that's too late. Not a big choice in food, lot of the same stuff. At breakfast, lunch and dinner, was very hard to get a soda or an Ice Tea, they forgot them a few times and other times it took ten minutes or so. WIFI is only available in the lobby or under the pavilion where the music is at night. Called for help with our bags on the last day, and no one showed up. For the price I expected more. Would not return

Beautiful

Pros: The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. You don't have to wear a bracelet at this all inclusive hotel. The hotel grounds and room is clean.
Cons: Don't ask for a property deposit because it gives a bad impression of the hotel upon checking in.
Location: We went to see the botanical gardens and waterfall also we had a good view of the Pitons mountains. We used Island Man Taxi for our day trip.
We have a good view of the island from our drive from the airport to the hotel. We were a little carsick from the winding roads. I love the green trees, houses and view of the island from the car. The hotel have a gift shop, jewelry shop and sport activities. You can also book day trip with the hotel or choose your own tour guide. The price vary with each company. The island is sunny and relaxing.

Great for family

This resort is excellent for family, there's a family pool area with slides and round the clock food until unset. Food is delicious !!!

Nice resort with friendly staff

The resort overall was very nice. They had plenty to do and accommodating staff. The food was not to our liking.
