A place to unwind and relax..

Pros: The location.
Cons: Tight parking lots, making it difficult to maneuver. Need more parking lots.
Location: Great location, sun, sand and sea and can watch the planes land, take off and fly over the hotel.
A well clean room, full kitchen, 2 tvs a nice porch, awesome views.

Location: Good location. The whole island is so small the one can walk it in no time. Lots of extraordinary beaches and restaurants.
1- Suite dirty 2- Infested of tiny ants - everywhere - drawers, cupboards, tables.... 3- Could not buy groceries for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Spent $$$$ to restaurants 4- Heavy condensation of AC Unit making room floor wet and slippery - very dangerous - almost fell on the floor after getting out of bed. 5- Forced entry to remove fire extinguisher disregarding my yelling "one moment" please.

Flamingo beach resort

Having stayed at the flamingo resort last year and being so impressed we tried it again this year,although the resort was lovely the room standards were poor,The room was serviced only once in nine nights,which is unacceptable, clean bedding on the fourth note and then we were left with sand and sun cream covered beds.we had to chase the housekeeper for clean towels,not good enough.Although it is low season we didn't expect all facilities in St Martyin to be closed.

Cleanliness is of utmost priority to us, and our housekeeping team is in place to ensure that each unit is up to par, prior to the arrival of our guests. Please be advised that our housekeeping schedule does run a little differently than other hotels. A daily service is not provided, rather a light midweek cleaning is offered. However, should you desire new linens, we can assure you that our staff would happily bring those for you. Your comments about the food will assist us to better ourselves for our future guests. Our team is always ready to assist you with your vacation requests and questions, we do not tolerate less than that. It is our sincere hope that you may grant us another opportunity to better exceed your expectations in the future.

Pros: Great Suite!! Pool is fantastic, beautiful beach
Cons: On premise restaurant is not a good value
Location: Location at Simpson Bay is incredible. Great restaurants close by
We were treated as VIP's from the time we arrived until the time we left the resort

Location: walk to many restaurants or they will arrange any activity you want with transportation
not enough parking , ac was difficult to control causing water forming on ceiling , walls , furniture damp ...gone most of the time but at night was like sleeping in a fridge .

Awesome location. One restaurant onsite, good food. Hotel has 2 small beaches which are amazing.
