Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to see that you may have had a less than satisfying stay with us at our resort. Cleanliness is of utmost priority to us, and our housekeeping team is in place to ensure that each unit is up to par, prior to the arrival of our guests. Please be advised that our housekeeping schedule does run a little differently than other hotels. A daily service is not provided, rather a light midweek cleaning is offered. However, should you desire new linens, we can assure you that our staff would happily bring those for you. Your comments about the food will assist us to better ourselves for our future guests. Our team is always ready to assist you with your vacation requests and questions, we do not tolerate less than that. It is our sincere hope that you may grant us another opportunity to better exceed your expectations in the future.
