Nice hotel close to the beach.

The hotel is fine, internet fees are a disappointment. Buffet breakfast that at US$15 / person is average for the Dutch side of the island. I

Well we love it here they were not very attentive to the pre-arrival request we made re room location. While we know there are no guarantees it doesn't appear that they paid attention to it.

An excellent, relaxing week

Pros: The views of all the rooms, layout of pool area and the friendliness of all the staff.
Cons: From a personal perspective, less pressure on selling timeshares.
Location: Brilliant location, better if you have a car to explore further afield. Best restaurants were Infinity, Canoa and also Captain Oliver's.
Excellent view so close to the Ocean in our Ocean View studio. It suited our needs perfectly in that we could prepare small meals in our kitchenette, enjoy relaxing in the pool area with amazing views after a day travelling round the island, and eat out in a good variety of restaurants within walking distance. The only thing we didn't engage in was the planned 'cruise ship like' activities eg bean bag tossing and also participate in timeshare discussions - not really our thing. That said, there was no pressure to do anything we didn't want to, and the staff were amazing - always very cheerful and extremely helpful at all times.

Very nice hotel, excellent views. Only negative it needs a better beach.

Nice Hotel Close to the beach

Pros: Beautiful location
Cons: ????? We had an excellent stay
Location: Pool and beach very close. Restaurants in vicinity and excellent for dinner.Phillipsburg very close 10 minute drive, for shopping lunch etc.
We had a wonderful stay. Very Nice Clean hotel. Attention was always given to our room. Location was off beaten path somewhat but realized we had chosen a very nice resort with restaurants(5) and bakery/minimart at resort which were excellent in meals and service. Clean beach and the pool was wonderful. We drove entire island and were very pleased with our choice. Would highly recommend.

Nice location, hotel needs improvements

Pros: The location is very nice and the staff were friendly.
Cons: Update the decor
Location: Very nice, it's a long way from the airport, very long.
The location is great, the bar staff were amazing, but the room not good. It was out of date, very small and you have to pay extra for wi-fi. The pool area is in need of upgrades or refreshing and is small.

Not enough towels in room, called front office never got any. Rooms could have had floors mopped better.

Cons: Enhance service details such as shuttle service to the Airport, including a minimum lead time required, noting that Hotel is not close to the Airport.
Had a short stay so was not able to experience all the facilities.

Stayed at a Lighthouse Condo

Pros: Great space, beautiful views, fabulous breezes, excellent food
Location: There are many things to do, but we just relaxed and let our busy life go for a few days. Time seemed to stand still on Sint Maarten.
