Hôtel bien entretenue. La cuisinette est complète avec la vaisselle nécessaire pour se faire de bons repas. Chambre très spacieuse. Accès facile à la plage. Bonne sélection de palapas sur la plage. Pas nécessaire de réserver des chaises longues à la plage ou à la piscine, il y en avait toujours de disponibles. Très belle vue sur la mer à partir de notre balcon. La navette est pratique pour revenir des épiceries, car très montagneux. Les chambres en montagne ne sont pas idéal pour personnes à mobilité réduite.

Only complaint is the state of the roads around the property: a few big potholes that could modify the wheel alignment of your rental car if you are not careful. But this seems to be the norm for all the roads on the Dutch side. Other than that, very nice resort and had a great stay!

The room was fantastic, spacious with great views and clean. Service was a little wanting, towels not provided, loss of water, and staff seemed not to know what was going on at facility. Overall, a good experience with some challenges. Be ready for lots of walking up and down hills.

The only complaint I have is that the restaurant staff at the resort wasn’t friendly. They would seat you and then it took time to get offered coffee and tea. They didn’t tell you that you can get more than the buffet. They never smiled or made you feel welcome. Even leaving a tip didn’t change their attitude. We stopped leaving a tip.

The room was a fully equipped kitchen-stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender and wares - pots, dishes, etc. Some of the individuals at the front desk/lobby was not friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Simpson Bay resort. We had a beautiful room with the kitchen and a lovely outdoor patio overlooking the water. Everything was walkable. It was really nice having grocery store really close by and believe it or not I want some money at the casino. Highly recommend this resort.

So I booked a one bedroom deluxe suite through Expedia. When I was taken to my room, it was not what I booked. I told my husband not to unpack and I went down to the front desk. I told the front desk this is not the room I ordered according to the pictures. She said they were just pictures. Wait What??? And then she asked if I booked through a third-party and I said yes, and she kind of shrugged her shoulders. Wait a minute if you don’t like third-party bookings why are you partnering with them I say to myself. But I want my room so I don’t argue. She did finally give me the room that I paid for and I will say it was very nice..but my question is why did I have to fight for it.

Very nice property and environment. We felt home and safe. The general manager, Marcel was extremely helpful to us and he made sure we had a good time. Thank you Marcel. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at the resort was amazing. We stayed at the Villas. The staff was hospitable. We had a late check in and Edward at the front desk was amazing. Kept us in the loop about everything. Made sure we got the shuttle to and from the designated areas we went. Everything was also in walking distance. Could not complain at all. We also had an amazing taxi driver, Walter. He was our go to guy. He showed and described everything to us about the lovely place whilst on our way to any location. He is definitely the best. Everyone was kind. At the beach bar, Laurrel and Lynda. The pool bar, can’t remember the bartenders name but they all were lovely. We definitely look forward to taking a trip back. Definitely going to the Resort again and definitely looking forward to seeing Edward and Walter again.

Everything was great except for the misleading Expedia ad. The room was up a very steep mountain that took us over 5 minutes via shuttle and the room smelled horrible. Had to pay for an upgraded room closer to the beach and pools. The hotel staff was rude and not very helpful. The only staff member that was helpful was the shuttle bus driver

Resort is located on a large hill restaurants bars shops all located near beach. A long hard walk home up hill not for anybody with limited mobility. But resort has a shuttle system
