Second visit here and can say I see an improvement in staff, food, and customer service. Still areas for improvement but much better than last October. Staff much friendlier..room was ready upon check in, and the Palm Grill never disappoints. Movie night didn't happen which was a disappointment for my son. Very limited daily activities. Rooms clean but outdated.
