Everything ok nothing negative to comment. only problem with hotel if you know Malta is parts like this are like a rabbit warren & maps & street signs poor. My sense of direction is ok but problems finding it & once when I returned & called into a shop

To far from main areaPosted Dec 17, 2017
Cons: Needs WiFi and better bar atmosphere always empty except Saturday when visitors arrive from outside.
Busy times you have to queue for breakfast, Live football in bar but not allowed sound you have to put up with dump dump music instead, no WiFi within the hotel unless you purchase expensive card.

Good ish value but basic. You have tone pay to have a kettle and separate for coffee and tea etc. WiFi costs extra. Anything to eek out more money from your stay. All said nice place

San Pawl Fraud - dreadful place for a holidayPosted Aug 20, 2017
Cons: Everything single aspect of the hotel experience
Location: Terrible hotel spoilt the brilliant location.
Well where do I begin, the list is endless... We booked four rooms for our family, and had five nights - therefore well qualified to comment! San Pawl is nothing short of a fraud. A glamorous lobby and entrance area is where the pleasantness ends. Once you speak to staff and see the rooms, you'd wished you had not left home for holiday. - Staff like Trevor extremely unhelpful and intimidating - The hotel want to exploit every opportunity to charge the guest, no AC, no Fridge, no Internet, no Pool towels, no Iron, no Shower-gel etc etc, no TV remotes - The rooms were in appalling condition, with damp, mould, mosquitoes and bedbugs - All rooms had problems of some sort, fridge not working, phone, AC, single bedsheets being used on double beds - The place stank! No kidding, the indoor pool was not usable despite being advertised and had a terrible foul smell

CheapPosted Jun 20, 2017 on Hotels
Clearly needs special tlc. Shower was a joke, the water trickled out unless you used just cold water, even then it wasn't much better. Reported it and they made it slightly better but still really bad.

Clean hotel, lovely pool, bed and room basicPosted May 21, 2017
Location: Plenty to do with a short walk.
The hotel was lovely and clean - staff all very pleasant. Cannot comment on food, as did not eat there. Outside pool was really lovely. Hotel bar - all good. Downside - room and bed were very basic. Good value for money. Quiet, and only short walk to beach/sea.
