I had a great stay, the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable. The only "complaint" is the showers didn't get really hot.
No way is the suite at this hotel is worth $286 a night!!!! No way at all. They do not have water available in the rooms for suite guests. The main concern and reason I stayed 1 not 3 nights as planned is due to the EXCESSIVE NOISE!!!! You can literally HEAR kids running down the hall or above the room and it’s 12:30 AM!!!!!!!!! It was unbelievable and unacceptable. They have no amenities of ANY kind that would speak to a suite level. I do NOT care about the free breakfast or drink tickets or dinner remove this from the cost of the room and then it would be expected to have such poorly constructed room with no insulation or noise reducing material. This was unacceptable. It is like an extended stay America in comparison but a greater cost for room. Truly unfortunate.
Service was very good. Employees/staff were positive, helpful, and respectful. Lots of options given for happy hours, dinner break, and breakfast. Safe, nice location, clean and comfortable.
The hotel and my room were clean and comfortable. The only complaint is there is no ventilation in the bathroom and it gets unbearably hot in there while showering. The breakfast was nice; no problem with checkin or checking out.
This property is right off the interstate (I-70). Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff was professional and courteous. Access to rooms was great since there were two banks of elevators which offered quicker service. Rooms were in good order and clean; beds were comfortable. Drury Inn offered free drinks during happy hour every day; however, our schedule didn't allow us to enjoy happy hour. Drury Inn has the best breakfast that I've experienced. The ladies who were tending to the breakfast item were so friendly and courteous. They greeted you when they saw you and made sure to thank you. And they had actual plates (not paper plates) and silverware (not plasticware) which was a nice feature and differentiation. We enjoyed our first stay at a Drury Inn and would definitely recommend an overnight stop here. Thank you, Drury Inn, for a great exeperience!
Very convenient access to I-70, close to shopping and restaurants. In addition the coffee and breakfast in the mornings was great. Rooms were nice and comfortable. My only complaint is the noise from the evening happy hour was a bit much and went on for a long time and I had an early flight to catch the next morning.
The location is very convenient for business in St. Louis. The happy hour was nice as I didn't need to leave the hotel. There is a lot of shopping close by if you have time to enjoy it. The only down side is that the traffic around it is crazy! The staff were all very nice!!
The room was clean and comfortable. You can set the room fan to always be on. We enjoyed the pool, which was a good size for swimming laps. adding non dairy options to breakfast would be my only suggestion for this hotel.
