Terrible maintenance.. bathroom is not cleaned

I got shocked to see an used soap in the toilet with hair ... no other soaps there to use.. What is disappointment..

Door stop, pipes under sink & bottom of faucets were really dirty & scumy, which surprised me because the rest of the room was exceptionally clean. Staff was nice & helpful although I was charged double at a higher rate on the second day. They did refund it, just waiting to see it on my credit card statement. Overall a descent place but not sure I'd stay again.

They are in the process of renovating, but so outdated. Bathroom floor was cracked with a hole-scrapes in the wall all over .

Very disapointed

No coffee pot, bed apreads, or any utensils for a kitchen, hadn't been cleaned. Found glasses and trash in corners and under beds.

No frills, but pleasant stay and affordable

I enjoyed the Extended Stay hotel for the kitchenette feature and the fact you don't have a maid knocking on your door every morning..which can be extremely annoying if you prefer sleeping in late. I liked that they will let you request cleanings on your own time or provide things such as silverware, pots, pans or extra towels etc. Internet connection was good too, and everything was very clean. At 3 stars, there aren't a lot of frills, but the price was extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again.

Awful!!!

My stay was awful. I arrived 4 hrs after chexk in and my room wasnt ready. I had to sit in my car and wait for an hr for my room. The room wasnt even properly cleaned.one of the bedd didnt have a comforter. There were no ash trays in my smoking room. Smoke alarm was set off from cigarette smoke. There was no one at the desk for 30 minutes when i went to check out and on 3 seperate occasions that i called to the front desk no one ever answered. It also says free breakfast but its really coffee and granola bars.

Unsatisfactory Hotel

We will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel felt more like a boarding house and seemed very transient. We were greeted daily by smokers in the indoor stairwells as we came and went from the hotel. We booked a non smoking room and got one, but it was obviously in the middle of the smoking rooms because our room seemed more like a bar.The cleanliness of the room was very unsatisfactory and the ammenities shown in the online booking photos were not included. It appeared this room had not been cleaned from the previous tenant as there was leftover food on top of the kitchen cabinets, hair balls in the shower causing it not to drain, hair all over the shower curtain, and hair stuck to the refridgerator. The carpet was stained with an unknown substance. I was concerened that I was going to find my truck broken in to on a daily basis due to there always being someone hanging out in the parking lot in a car that appeared to be lived out of. I realize you get what you pay for, bt this type of experience is unacceptable anywhere. I truly hope they read this and do something about their hotel.
