    Our Gulf front unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 6 guests total. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Full bed and 2 Twin beds.

    The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 2, the dining area has a table for 6 guests.

    This beautiful beachfront condo is 1350 square feet.

    The living area is spacious and you see spectacular sunsets.

    Enjoy your morning coffee and awesome Gulf views from your balcony, living area and primary bedroom.

    Centrally located, you are only minutes from dining and grocery stores, as well as attractions but why leave when there is so much to enjoy here?

    This unit is truly a home away from home.

    Beachfront Bliss
    Beachfront condo steps from the beach! Parking included for one vehicle. Clean, older condo, probably built in the 90's. Lots of updates so it's pretty nice. Heated pool that's shared with the building. Fully stocked kitchen, full sized appliances, washer and dryer, big screen TV in living room and bedrooms, fast WiFi, linens, beach towels. Everything is within walking distance. The Beach is legendary. Mona the property manager is fantastic! Great communication with the rental agency. We had a great time, we hope to return!

    Definitely coming back
    I rented this property for a relaxing girls weekend on Clearwater beach and this unit was perfect. Location to the beach as well as the balcomy views can’t be beat. The condo is spacious and well maintained. Parking was easy. Great location in regards to restaurants and shopping. Honestly there isn’t much I’d change or offer as a suggestion to improve on. I’ll be back for sure.

    a needed break
    Our second year in a row down to Clearwater, it really helps to cut into the cold Minnesota winter. Although we were told by a friendly local, the second day was the second coldest for them this winter (LOL), we put it all in perspective to -40 degrees plus a wind chill. To anyone who makes any effort to visit a bit with Mona, you will find she is one of the highlights of the journey, she is made for this kind of work, a real gem. We enjoyed the awesome sunsets along with everything else, Floriday just has a "freer" feel to it, the people are all nice. look forward to next time!

    Excellent for family of 5
    We are a family of 5 with 3 children, ages 4-9. This property was absolutely perfect. The condo was sizable with room to sleep 4 in one room and a king size bed in the other room. The balcony was large and the view was amazing. It is walkable and right on the beach. The condo was clean and had basic supplies. There is a nice washer and dryer. There is a dedicated parking spot. The check in and check out processes were simple. Mona is incredible and I’m so thankful for her assistance with everything. We really enjoyed our experience and would recommend to others.

    Beautiful View
    If you are looking for a property right on the beach, you can't get a better view of the ocean. Property was very clean and comfortable and many amenities provided. Walking distance to all the restaurants.
