The rooms are quiet and clean and do not smell , breakfast was normal cheap hot breakfast and beds are comfy . Plenty of room for our dog to walk and do his thing . the pools and hot tub were all clean and the perfect temp .

I had a problem with a light that did not turn off at night in the ceiling. Requested maintenance to please fix it. While I was in the shower the maintenance man comes into my room and knocks on my bathroom door to tell me he was there 😡 You can clearly hear the shower running when I spoke to the manager she didn’t seem to think it’s a big deal. Who knew you needed to lock your bathroom door while you are in your room showering. Not happy at all !!! Also you have to pay for a resort fee for each day you are there and they shut the pool down at 9pm. Even on the weekends. The woman who took care of the comp breakfast in the morning was very nice and kept the food hot and the area nice and clean.

I don’t recommend this place AT ALL. Needs an upgrade bug time. I couldn’t sleep there were people in the middle of the night outside making noises. I called receptionist to report and Niobe answered. Coffee was horrible, creamer expired, toilet did it work.I wish I can get my money back. I spent over $100 a night. Not fair !!

The location is great but the hotel doesn't maintain anything. The room was out dated and not well maintained. There were bugs crawling out from under the toilet and under the patio door. They don't clean the room unless you request it, which they don't tell you on arrival and then they only clean on certain days. The breakfast buffet is the has the worst selection I have ever seen. The pool and the hot tub are very old but do work. I would never stay there again.

When I checked out I asked for a copy of my room bill. The woman who was at the front desk immediately copped an attitude and said it would be emailed to me, to which I responded that I’d prefer it printed. She asked if I booked it through a third party and she said yes Expedia and she again said she couldn’t so I elevated my tone for sure and she accused me of swearing which my kids would find hilarious cause o don’t swear. I called her a liar and said I’m sure the cameras were recording and it would certainly be easy to document she was lying and I said I didn’t swear and I can’t believe your actually in the service industry! I told her the guy who checked me in made me sign a printed rate card and I was sure she could print it she said good luck I believe and walked into the back room. I have stayed in every kind of hotel in every state and many countries she was the rudest person I e run across bar NONE. She does not belong in a service business she belongs on real housewives of New Jersey, she was a real dandy! Said with extreme sarcasm clearly ! Too bad cause my entire trip to Tampa was amazing and filled with tremendous joy other than her?

Check in was very easy and the desk attendant was great. Morning check out attendant seemed not to care. Told the attendant about a few things that were in need of repair in our room, and he could have cared less. The property is showing its age, but was clean. Breakfast was usual for most hotel breakfasts. Felt safe

Low budget motel but regular prices. convenient to Phillies stadium for those down for Spring Training but nothing else about it was good. I think they must be renting rooms to people recovering from medical issues or otherwise. People sitting on balcony smoking (my neighbor) then at night the smell of pot came through my vent (also from my neighbor). Others in back of motel doing the same. Door frame and door hadn't been painted or adjusted in years.

The hotel was very clean (important). Our room was very nice and spacious. The only negative is there is no house keeping unless requested. We ran out of toilet paper, our garage cans were full which we emptied and we could have used clean wash cloths and hand towels. Other than that I would reccomend the hotel. The breakfast was nice. Id give an 8 out of 10. We will go there again Cleanliness is key and it was very clean.

Just keep looking. This place looks fine in the pictures and the outside of the building looks fine. Inside it's dirty. The lobby is dirty, the rooms are dirty (grout in bathroom is nasty and the couch is VISIBLY FILTHY). Overall it just gave me the feeling that I needed a shower all the time. Our toilet overflowed and we had to use the bath towels to keep the room from flooding. Maintenance came up to fix the toilet, but when we came back to our room 12 HOURS LATER from a day out, the soaking wet towels were still all around the toilet. They made us bring down the toilet water towels to the lobby ourselves to exchange them. When my husband went to complain to a manager the next morning (another 10 hours later) the same wet toilet water towels were still sitting ON THE DESK in the lobby. They weren't even apologetic and were actually rude to us when we complained about it. We were told "if the hotel is that bad, why don't you just check out and find somewhere else to go". Keep looking. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
