Decent hotel close to the beach but no elevators, third floor and we had a lot of luggage! Our reduced rate was still over priced for this "hotel"?

We sure wish we had an elevator as well, but we try to compensate by having staff available 24 hours a day to provide assistance getting luggages or packages to the room. Nice Hotel for a family vacation

The hotel is clean, the pool area was great. We got a king suite and it was perfect. The kids could go to bed early and we could sit out on the deck for a couple of hours without waking them up. I had no desire to cook, so I did not use the oven or stove, but having a refrigerator is very helpful- no need to leave the hotel for coffee, cereal, etc. The room itself was in great condition, they don't do daily housekeeping which was not an issue. The front desk replenished my k-cups when I ran out before housekeeping got there. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is VERY warm, which was a lifesaver because our vacation was timed at the coldest days of the year so far, so swimming at the beach was not an option. My boys were able to swim comfortably in the pool despite the 60 degree weather.

Nice! But not perfect

Very clean, everything was great and a very short walk across the street to the sister condos private beach. The problem we had was that we were on the third floor of the office building. The amazing and very clean pool had a VERY loud water feature. My hubs and I couldn't sit outside as we couldn't hear each other talk. Such a bummer.

Nice hotel close to the beach

The staff working the desk was so kind and willing to answer any the questions we had concerning our trip. She put us at ease by communicating what amenities were available to us and because she communicated so well, we were able to utilize them to the fullest! We felt like royalty! The complimentary popcorn by the microwave in the suite was a lovely touch. Felt like home away from home.

Excellent resort

Pros: Nice to have a balcony to sit out on. Nice to have a kitchen in the room, store was within walking distance so we were able to have a few meals.
Cons: Glad we stayed on the second floor as there is no elevator. We did have guests that were using the pool after hours and they kept us up one night.
Location: Location was great, store nearby was helpful and restaurants nearby were good
We stayed at Coconut Cove for 4 nights and overall the resort was quiet and well maintained. The staff was very accommodating and met all our needs.

Pleasant surprise

We had booked a suite on line at the TWINS INN arriving after a drive place was a disaster, not what advertised, ceiling falling down in bath, totally unacceptable found this hotel at 10:30 pm. Less expensive than first place and totally impressed with staff and room. Next time down will definately.come here.

Hotel situated at the far south end of main beach

Pros: The grounds was very clean, nice and pleasant when relaxing at the Hotel. The waterfall heated pool was very welcomed.
Cons: The number one thing most needed is restful bedding and comfortable couch in front room.
Location: The Hotel was a mile south from the main Beach Walk. A pleasant walk with small shops, putt -putt golf and a few small eateries.
We arrived late - our evening desk clerk was very pleasant, offered free coffee in the lobby, recommended area restaurants and a nearby market for supplies, no mention of free bottle of water each day (which we bought & carried back) no mention of the extra 50cent each for coffee pods after the ones in room were used. You are given beach towels for a shared beach access down the street but no mention of the charge of $20 daily for chairs & umbrella (sand and beach area very small) then Wednesday would have a pool side meet and greet (which we had scheduled a dolphin boat ride ) - Our room concerns: The window drapes were not hooked or close properly ( we fixed ) 2 beds and pull out couch was very uncomfortable and no small table on balcony to set your morning coffee, cell phones or breakfast plate/bowl.
