Overall is an outdated property and overpriced!! Perhaps is convenient in downtown but there is no option on dining around if you are walking. Or breakfast buffet and for the $$$ we paid there was not even ISB port for us to charge our phones!! It definitely needs improvement.
I did not appreciate no notice of a fee to valet park when there is no parking at the hotel. Sounds from the street all night kept me awake. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. It needs MAJOR renovations from the prior hotel it used to be. They need parking ( no valet ) for customers who drive to the hotel.

Housekeeping department needs some attention. 12 day stay and 2 days no room cleaning. The left dirtysheets laying in my open suitcase. 3 days the coffee was not replenished.

Despite some recent negative reviews about ongoing construction, we really enjoyed our stay and construction seemed to be complete as of Dec 30. My only complaint is that there are only two elevators which run extremely slowly. It took about 10 minutes for one to come this morning.

A lot of things not disclosed at the time of booking. The pool is currently closed with no timeline for reopening (per the front desk), they were doing construction in the lobby and upgrading things in the rooms so every morning around 10am there was drilling and knocking in the rooms next door to me. Don't bother paying for parking, there's plenty of spots on the street right next to the hotel.

Hotel was under construction so we had some minor hiccups. We were assigned to a room on the 4th floor but rooms had no window treatments which were laying on the floor in the hallway or in the rooms so we asked to be reassigned which was no problem. The elevator seemed to take longer than normal because of the construction workers and staff trying to get from one floor to another. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable but we had no hot water middle of 2nd day and morning of checkout. Hotel staff was friendly and offered to comp us for the valet parking. If I had known the hotel was under construction, I would have stayed somewhere else but it's in a good location to downtown.

It is under construction so the indoor pool is closed. The only reason we booked our stay here versus another. The room was good but lacking some hot water.

At check-in 12/15/23 Danielle was polite & professional. She stated $200 would be held on my credit card for room deposit at $50 per night. I stated that was unreasonably high for any Marriott I’ve stayed at so she was kind to change my n the computer to only $100 deposit. On 12/17 I reviewed my credit card charges and noticed an additional $50 was authorized by someone at this hotel. I called the front desk and spoke with Dana who stated the deposit is $50 per night staying and that even though Danielle changed the amount to $100 their computer system automatically authorized an extra $50. I told her if it’s supposed to be $50 per night why didn’t the system automatically authorize for an additional $100 if that’s the policy. She was very rude, unprofessional and short. She told me when I checked in I gave permission for the hotel to run my card for any charges incurred even though Danielle told me only $100 would be authorized. I then asked to speak with the hotel Manager for which she very rudely said “ I am the manager” I then asked for corporate’s number for which she stated “it can be googled but I will google it for you”
The room was clean & even with renovations. I asked the front desk staff for NO housekeeping to enter this was not granted they entered one day. I had a king bed but only a queen blanket on it that was dingy w/ holes. The pillows smelled of mildew even after removing the cases. Hotel displays Israel flag @ coffee bar during this social unrest sadly

Nice hotel; great staff. Property currently under renovation so indoor pool was closed and one of the elevators was out of order. Another month or so when the renovations are completed, it will be even better. Price was very reasonable.

We enjoyed everything about your hotel from start to finish.
Our only complaint would be the operation of the TV. The channels did not seem to coincide with the guide channel.

Hotel is historic, almost 100 years old. Well updated.

I was informed that a renovation was in progress, but the 5th floor was a minefield
The fifth floor rooms were not supposed to be in use, with the majority of the rooms in renovations

OK parking wait was horrible one girl working i felt so bad for her while cars were waiting busy weekend with Rays game ...we had to park on the street
Pool was inside not outside felt weird not being out in the air to enjoy the pool. Beside this service and staff was amazing room smelled a little like mildew but i always bring an air freshner very misty
