OK Courtyard just off highway

Pros: location relative to the highway and where we had to be the next day
Cons: bigger exercise room
Location: restaurants and development for running or walking
If you just need a place to lay your head just off the highway this is the place. Oddly configured building - you can get trapped on the "wrong" 3rd floor and have to descend in order to find the right stairs/elevator to get to the "right" 3rd floor. Just your basic Courtyard, it gets the job done and you don't feel like you are risking your health in the process. I did find that there is a development behind the hotel (had to study Google maps to figure out how to get there) that was actually quite nice for a run or walk - you even get a glimpse of the water in a couple of places. I put in 5 miles and was very happy.

I was disappointed by the lack of included continental breakfast. Available food items were very costly. The housekeeper tried to come in twice before check out time 😕

Courtyard's are the only select service Marriott that does not offer continental breakfast because we offer refreshing breakfast choices at our Bistro with Starbucks Coffee. Nice Hotel in peaceful and safe area

Pros: Housekeeping, Lobby
The hotel is located in what can be called a hotel lane. You will feel safe with so many hotels around and believe me this is the best one among all. The check in was smooth and first thing you notice is their spacious lobby with nice bar/cafe. The staff at cafe/bar was really nice as well. Rooms are standard and clean, I needed few things and room service was very quick to fulfill my ask. Overall a very nice hotel and would love to stay here again

Holiday check in was LONG!

Pros: Nice room
Cons: The carpet was not clean, there was food on the carpet under the bed - that is gross
Location: Nice location, close to the airport (PIE)
We got to the hotel about 2pm and they said it would be about 1/2 hour so we went somewhere and got a late lunch. When we got back the room was not ready yet so we waited, it was after 3pm. Long story short we did get checked in and the room was very nice. Enjoyed our stay overall, and I understand that it was New Year's Day so staffing may have been low. Otherwise we would definitely go back!

Wow Factor

Wow ! My wife and i come over from Orlando and try the different hotels in that area on the weekend by far the best. As soon as you come in the front door your greeted with a smile and a warm welcome like your actually cared about, who ever is training the employees has done a great job , Courteous by far, we definitely are coming back this weekend or next, rooms very comfy and clean , great job to the Employees and Management very rare to find such exceptional service . Not good Not bad

I checked in and immediaely had to call for service..the AC was making a horrible loud noise but she did get my room changed pretty quickly. This was a suite, large but very dated and AC was a little loud in there as well. I turned them off and slept since I had been driving 13 hrs. The staff was very professional but I would not stay there again. The area seemed to be a little run down as well.
