Location: Not really good location for beach activities. Is right on the bay near marinas and easily access too nightlife.
Good hotel interior; location not conducive to beach but very conducive to marina and nightlife.

Room cleanliness should have been a lot better for the rate. Parking charge too high.

DISAPPOINTING !!!!

Pros: Nice meal at the Tangerine
Cons: Where do we start !!!
Location: Downtown nice
Checked into this hotel New Years eve...Went to our room... Bathroom was dirty... Tub needed to be cleaned... Carpets dirty...Room smelled musty ... deodorizer sprayed to cover up the smell....Not happy with the room...front desk checked us into another room not much better....Front desk said the hotel was full nothing else they could do... Really...We woke up the next morning to banging and vacuums right outside our room... went to check on what was going on ... Walked out the door to a major flood... I was told that the septic systems on the upper floors had a problem causing the flooding on our floor...Sounds sanitary to me !!!! Hotel maintenance worked for hours trying to clean up the mess....Hallway smelled for the rest of the time of wet dirty carpet !!! Talked to front desk seemed like no one really cared!!! I personally wont be staying here again !!!...We also had a few drinks at the bar that we paid cash for and found out when checking out they where also added to our room....How many times has this happened and no one found the mistake !!! JUST A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was good, Housekeeping was shabby

Pros: The location and the facilities.
Cons: We didn't know we were supposed to collect ice at the front desk until we got to our room on the 9th floor. Just tell us at check in that's all.
Location: Many places to dine and relax as well as the mariana.
WE stayed for a Christmas break, The hotel was perfectly positioned and had all the amenities we could have hoped for. The problem was with the housekeeping staff. We only stayed for two nights and were out of the rooms both days by 10am spending the day our roaming St Pete. the first day we returned at about 4pm after having a drink in the wonderful Dali bar. Unfortunately when we went back to our room to relax before dinner, it had not been serviced. We called the front desk and they apologised and said they would get someone up to do it offering us a drink coupon for the dali bar. We returned to the bar and had a cocktail that was much appreciated. We waited about 40 mins and when we returned the room had been spruced up a bit. the bed was just pulled up and not to the standard we had come to expect from the Hilton. But it was now getting late so we decided to let it slide. Imagine my disappointment when the same thing was repeated the very next day. We left the room earlier that morning and returned even later than the day before but it had not been touched. The front desk responded as before so we went downstairs to the Dali bar to wait for them to get the room done. When we spoke to the front desk they asked if there was anything particular that was missed as housekeeping had said the room had been done. Well nothing had been done at all, I assured her that I had stayed in hundreds of hotels for thousands of nights and knew the difference between done and not done .

Location: Shops, restaurants, Rowdies stadium, airfield, Dali museum
A good night's rest with good sightseeing nearby. I really have no more to say, this box is too large for brief comments.

Overpriced

Cons: Costs
The hotel is located right next to the museum and it's in walking distance to the bars, restaurants, and the marina. But you have to pay an extra $16 for parking and use your room key to get in and out of the parking lot (very annoying). For what you get, the hotel is over priced in my opinion and I would probably choose a different one next time.

Great location

Pros: Location. And staff was really helpful and friendly.
Cons: There was a strange chemical smell in the lobby, as if they might have just shampooed the carpets
Location: Visited the Dali museum, the Chihuly exhibit, and rode the Looper trolly to attend the holiday boat parade on the waterfront.
Perfect place for a mini vacation. Close to lots of great restaurants and museums.

I do a lot of traveling and this place is by far the best stay I've had in the last 4 months. The people, hotel bar, hotel restaurant, and the location were great. If I ever come back to St. Pete this is where I'll stay.
