Nice hotel with very helpful staff.

Pros: Beds and plenty of parking.
Cons: The only thing disappointing was the condition of the carpet in the room. It was badly stained in places. I felt uncomfortable walking w/o shoes.
Location: Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.
Stayed two nights. Staff went out of their way to answer questions. Breakfast was good, loved having access to coffee and tea 24/7. Beds were super comfortable.

Check-in was easy and straightforward. Heide was fantastic at guest services desk. Pool was not heated and hot tub was unusable due to maintenance issues

Enjoyable stay!

My stay here was amazing! I was struggling with bags and a front desk worker came around, grabbed a cart, and put them on - then took them up to the room! The room was very clean and sufficient for our needs. There was popcorn in the evenings and a warm, good breakfast in the morning with very friendly staff as well!

Functional and clean, centrally located hotel.

Older hotel but clean, good service. Location is near airport so more functional, business park but worked well for getting between different parts of town.

Clean, staff was nice, breakfast was good. Room was big. The only negetive thing i can think to put about the hotel was that the pool is small

Roaches

I know it's Florida but it would be nice NOT to see roaches crawling across your nightstand as you get up in the morning.

Pros: Convenient and easy to find.
The facilities were nice and comfortable. The bedspread was to short for an average person. The room had a pecular odor that lingered for about an hour and was detectable upon leaving the room and returning.
