The staff here is amazing!!! Ashley was the best. She went way above and beyond with great costumer service. It was impressive. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff was beyond incredible. Front desk staff day and night were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I cannot understand why there is no recycling in the hotel? We went to Clearwater aquarium and talks about garbage in ocean etc but hotel chooses to have no recycling available and all goes into trash. Does not make any sense.

It was convenient - but the room we were in, was a mixed experience. New flooring, new beds and decor, larger tv - but bathroom fixtures were old, door into room had been damaged, though it locked. Elevators were not working very well. One was shut down for repairs, the other was creaky. I had to take it up, but walked down from the 5th floor because it was slow and I felt uncomfortable.

Didn’t care for concrete water hole in the middle of the parking lot,nor the other business right in the entrance way. All that I mentioned took up parking space which was needed. Other than that pretty nice.

We liked the location, the friendly staff and the clean rooms. It is situated next to a central park with safe walking paths, picnic areas, and beautiful landscaping. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and nice variety of eggs and meat. We had no complaints.

Breakfast was terrible, there was literally no hot food for anyone, drinks was spilled on the floor and all the people in charge of breakfast was by the exit door on the other side of the hotel hanging out. I had to get a front desk person to assist in the clean up of the floor before someone fell.
