The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. What's not clear in the photos is that the swimming pool is essentially in the parking and the big swimming facility (which is actually a water park) is located in the property next door to the hotel AND is approx. $35 pp per day, I believe $28 for kids. If you're planning to watch your kids play in the water park, it's still full rate because "nobody can access the water park without a wrist band". Mini gulf (as shown in photos) is another $7 per kid/game and $9 per adult per game. The beach is about a 1/4 mile (500 meter) walk from the hotel.

The food and the service was very good. That and the friendliness of the staff are the only positives with respect t this hotel. The rooms are claustrophobic, the infrastructure is old and on the verge of collapse e.g our plumbing malfunctioned in our room. the elevator failed on the day we checked out. The rates c harged were outrageous given the condition of the facility Do not book there!

It needs updated , beds were worn out . Doors and trim were in very bad shape. Doors slammed shut. You can hear everything from the room up above you, water running, foot steps ect. The place just looked old

I was not happy about being told at check-in that i needed to show my card so he being the night manager could make sure i didn't book with a stolen card???!!! I was completely taken aback. Then after that disaster i get to a room that had blood on the walls broken and missing tiles in the bathroom a refrig with rust spots and dirty carpet the price did not fit the property it is definitely time to upgrade this hotel and retrain the staff i felt a racial tone at check-in .
