As you mention, all the rooms are privately owned so I am glad you got to see another sample while you were here. We offer three categories of rooms to choose from: “Executive” are the rooms that have been fully remodeled. “Standard” are the rooms that have been updated over the years. “Basic” are the rooms that have not been remodeled (may still have carpeting, worn appliances, etc.). Each of our rental units is digitally scanned and viewable online from our website. I suggest viewing one of our recently remodeled Executive units for your next visit. You will not be disappointed! Understandable Robin, we hate to read bad reviews as well. However, we certainly do welcome constructive feedback. Our apologies for the intrusion while you were getting cleaned up. We were grateful for your cooperation while we attempted to prevent additional damages made to the building. FYI…We are still offering fresh towels at the front desk, in addition to pool & beach towels. We will also exchange used bath-towel/linens with fresh ones at your room door during regular business hours. The beds you’ve mentioned were replaced Friday, 12/24/21. We are working with the unit owner to have some of the worn furniture replaced as well. Again, it is discouraging to learn that you walked away feeling dissatisfied Robin, if there is anything we can do to help lessen your disappointment, please feel free to reach back out through the Expedia booking portal since I am unable to give you direct contact info through this platform.
