Weekend with grandchildren

Cons: Room service. Towels felt like sandpaper
Location: great location

Not worth it

Absolutely awful stay, the hotel was overrun with druggies. Room was disgusting our key wouldn't work the whole first day and the second day we got locked out several times The toilet overflowed every time we flushed it. Also found roaches our second night ,Tried to get a refund so we could stay somewhere else they refused, also an waiting for someone to call me back.

The room was spacious and clean. However the hallways had dirty carpets, and even though we had was a non-smoking room it smelled like cigarettes in the bathroom. The shower leaked and we were unable to use it. Our stay was ok, but not worth the amount I paid for it.

My stay at the Knights Inn was Terrible. My First Night I couldn't sleep, then the 2nd night I woke up itching with red spots all over me and scratching, later that night I found out why. I found an bed bug on the bed while I was eating. So I went to the front desk and told them and they didn't do anything , but put me in another room .. This hotel is filthy and unsanitary NEVER AGAIN and I think I should've got a refund.
