The price is right for this level of service. The room stinks a bit (smoking?) and that was the only thing that made me uncomfortable. I hope there will have more variety of foods/fruits for their complimentary breakfast.

Santos at the desk was great! Maid service was horible. Seems like they hate there jobs and care little for guests...it's a shame

Room was unclean; staff was negligent in cleaning room or providing towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper or Kleenex tissues - 2 out of 3 days we were left with no restock & uncleaned room. Breakfast is skimpy & coffee is the worst I've ever had. I am fond of LaQuinta Inns but this location is the absolute worst service we've ever had. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

what you'd expect

Pros: Simple, clean, cheap
Basic economy roadside motel. Biggest negative is that it is right beside a very busy road and it's loud all night long every time the traffic light changes and vehicles (especially motorcycles) accelerate.

Never go there!!!

We booked the non -smoking room - paid upfront and when got there they put us in a disgusting smoking room. Even smokers can "die of smell" in there. Very unprofessional friend at the desk. Told us to go to the different hotel if if don't like it. Hotel is sold out. Per then. 9 pm to look Friday night place. Never felt worse. Never with La Quinta any more.

I don't know if it is also a welfare hotel. Sprinkled among guests were some undesirable looking people.

Bed bugs & bloodstains on the sheets

Pros: The staff were pleasant and the wifi worked consistently.
There were bedbugs crawling around each bed in the room. Bugs of some other type on the shower curtain, and one very large one living under the dresser. Small specks of blood were on the sheets to one of the beds. The walls to the rooms were thin, and it was difficult to sleep at night with the frequent sounds coming from the pool or roads.
