The hotel staff is not good service

The hotel nice and private place to enjoy the view and relax,but the staff there service is not good.
they are not friendly and welcome.Also when we check in they give us the room with no view,while we did pay extra money for the partial view,we have to request them to change.
The clearning staff is not doing a good job,before we went out for lunch we put up the sign made up room,when we came back it not clean yet,so we have to call the front desk request them for the cleaning,so we have to leave the room go to the beach and to the pool,but when we came back the room is not finish cleaning,we have to wait out side the room at list 10 to 15 minute.
I am not happy with their service,so how can I recommend to my friend.
