Property is cute, neighborhood is inviting. Perfect spot for our weekend away. Enjoyed the location, convenient to water and trails. Eric was accommodating and available. If this is what you want, this is where you want to be.

Great stay in Florida!
This cute apartment had everything we needed. Just a short walk to Molly Goodheads restaurant or to see the sunset on the gulf. I read a few reviews of people who complained about people parking in the wrong spot or noise from upstairs. We did hear a little noise from upstairs and one of the renters parked in a way that took up 2 spots for a few days but we didn't let that bother us.

Cute little apartment with great access to restaurants, close to beaches!
We enjoyed our time in warm, quaint Dunedin while we stayed here. It was just my fiancé and I on a leisurely getaway from the cold, so this place was perfect. It was nice having laundry on site!

GREAT PLACE IN QUAINT OZONA
We enjoyed our 2 week stay in Eric’s apartment . It was clean and well maintained . We loved being in the little village of Ozona with its several restaurants ( particularly Molly Goodheads) , and the apartment is only a block from the water . The Pinellas Trail is not far away if you enjoy biking or walking . We highly recommend this place.
