First room the put me in smelled of cigarettes even though it was a smoke free room. Staff was very accommodating and put me in another room. Room itself was clean and comfortable but hotel was not in a very safe area. My car was broken in to.

They have before free brecfast now no.also i dont know the problem with the air contdition that during the night start and then turn off and some minutes start again and some more mitues turn off is difucult to sleep this way.

Nice and clean Hotel

Laura at the front desk was very accommodating help me with correcting my reservation once I got into the room the smell hit me it was so clean the smell was very clean and that was very welcoming to me the place was very nicely kept the pool was beautiful the smaller the garden was beautiful and the staff was excellent

The hotel itself isnt a bad hotel.

The only issue I would say we had with this hotel is that the walls are sooo paper thin. We heard everything going on in the room next door. They at least 20 people in the room music so loud that everyone was talking over the music. So I had to move rroms but besides that the hotel was fine

Surprisingly nice

I booked the room because it was cheap and close to friends we were visiting. Was better than I expected. It's simple, clean and functional. I would recommend it.

nice place

Pros: it was quiet, and comfortable
Cons: pool open a little later in the evening
the hotel was everything I hoped for: quiet, out of the way, the pool was clean and so were the rooms. Laura the night shift manager on the front desk was extremely helpful and very nice to us, she never made you feel like you were bothering her as so many other front desk people get

Pros: Nothing, this stay.
Cons: Service, attitude, quality of room, I could go on.
Location: Rays game
I asked for a first-floor inside room, got a second-floor outside room and when I questioned this, was told, nothing else available without even checking and offer to help me get my bags up the stairs. Room also had a foul odor.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room we were placed in was crawling with roaches dead and alive. The toilet leaked from the bottom whenever flushed. Also, the bedding had stains on the sheet. We were offered another room for the remainder of our stay, but declined. Maybe the other rooms were better, I just was not willing to continue my stay.
